I continue to get a log in failure. I have Android using a Motorola phone. Not sure if thats the issue or if it's the actual app. Also tried on my Samsung Android and get the same login failure.

TERRIBLE app...haven't been able to log on since changed from previous one. The old app was user friendly and I had no problems. Can't do any business from my phone, have to tell customers "wait until I get home to my laptop to access information." Company this large should not be having this issue. Fix it or don't promote it. AVON hired incompetent technical workers. FIX IT!

Love the updated app! I don't care for the color black so much. Even though I understand why the choice. (Lavender might be nice.) I like the interface! It appears seamless, so far as I have had time to explore it. Tho' everything seems easier for me on a desk, laptop, or tablet. (Old trifocal eyes). I use the cell phone at home when I can't get out. Desk or laptop to watch videos and upload ads on my business page when I get to the library. Such a difference. Thanks Avon!

It's a great app! only thing is... I wish that; when I click on to see my orders that it would show the customer orders as well - instead of it being seperate, I would also love to receive order notifications from the app, and last but not least when I'm viewing an order an I want to turn my phone horizontal to get a better view it sends me all the way back to the home page and vice versa for when I turn my phone vertical. TIA

For the most part, this app is great. Very easy to navigate and use. However, I've been trying to share videos and my digital catalog and such. But I don't see an option to do so or it just wont let me on my phone. Tried using my tablet instead, same issue. I planned on purchasing a inexpensive laptop to run my business better and easier anyway, so I'm hoping this will help my problem. Would be nice if it worked over my phone though as it's more convenient.

I like the app for the most part. However I don't think it updates accurately. I don't like that you can't rotate the phone to view certain items from another angle. I sometimes used the website version just so I use the desktop version to see things at a clearer picture . Also, on the app you ask it to remember your credentials for signing in and it never does. I think it needs an update

I just became a sales rep recently and so have been using this app less than a month. Everything worked fine for about the first week, then one day I noticed I had to login again. Whereas the app logged me in automatically (because I turned on the Remember Me button) with no problem, now suddenly it wasn't working. However, when I tried to log in a notification popped up at the bottom saying "login successful"...but it took me right back to the login page. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it.

I love Avon products, but this app is lacking. When starting up, it usually crashes. I have to close out the app and try again. It usually works the second time after loading for a bit. Loading anything takes too long. It loads for a while before finally opening. Please bring back the tool to download images to post on social media. I now have to spend hours creating photos, when before all I had to do is download it in HD quaility online. Facebook ruins the quaility. So the group is no good

I used to like this app. It no longer works. I can't log in. EVERY time I try to open the app it keeps going to the register an account screen. I have an account & when I try to log in it tells me my login info is wrong. No, the app is wrong! It's been like this for over a month. I am very disappointed. I see from recent reviews/complaints that I'm not the only Avon rep upset about this. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

This app needs improvement. The app is very slow, it crashes a lot, and not all of the features work. Sometimes I don't even feel like placing an order because the app is so slow. Because this app is designed to help me run my business you would think they would invest in updates like other apps to fix problems. I've had this app 10 months and it has never had an update.

I keep getting an error message that says "Login Error: Did Not Work", and this has been going on for months now. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared my cache, even rebooted my phone several times.. everything I can think of. Nothing works. It needs to be fixed ASAP. Please and thank you. We can't do business with the app if we can't even USE the app.

I can't even get into the app, haven't been able to for several weeks now. Everytime I tried I get a 'Login Failed' message. I deleted, reinstalled, and updated the app, and it still won't let me in, with the same message. Before I would have issues but eventually I was able to get in but now nothing.

Okay people, this app does still work. Whenever you see the login error, rest assured the app still does work and will until the new website launch. This always works for me: Simply tap on the app icon, whenever you see the login error, tap the back button once to go back to your main home screen. Repeat again, and once you are able to see the main screen without the login error message, you're in! Just know that this can take several re-attempts until it works!

as of 3/11/2022 this app fails to load when i am connected to the network on wifi and cell service!! there must be a terrible bug in your system that causes this app to keep closing when trying to load!! PLEASE FIX!!

useless since updating to 2.0. continues to not work like it should. cant access business tools or most of the other areas. issues with placing orders, viewing brochures and the daily deals, never work. old app may have been basic but atleast it worked. I've had to go back to use my phone browser.

I can't use this at all. Login fails every time, though my credentials are accurate. "Puerto Rico" is default territory and I can't change it. Zero stars would be a more accurate rating.

It's awful can't log in. Called about this problem. They gave me a very long link to get in. That worked. If got me , but went back to app. and can't get back in. I can't wait type the very long link in every time. Very frustrating.

I haven't been able to login using the app for several months now. I just realized that the app is set to Puerto Rico and there is no option for me to change it. Uninstalled/reinstalled but still set to Puerto Rico.

Loved it at first and still do in some areas. Been haing trouble with it keeping me logged in and the daily deals never work right. Been having to go back to my phones web browser to place orders and get the daily deals or last call items. I've decided to uninstall this app and just continue with the web browser for a little while again.

Right now in Puerto Rico it only lets you add to your order. It is much easier to order through the app for sure. I would love to access brochures and ads to send to clients. I heard they are testing to pay your order through the app, which Im excited for. I do hope the app keeps getting new updates.

App is convenient but does not work. It had been working fine but a few campaigns ago I was logged out and cannot get back in. Gives me the message: Error: Log in did not work. My password and acct number are correct because I can log in on the web page just fine. Also wish it were easier to look through digital catalog.

The app is easy to use which is great. However, every time I open the app it tells me to check/update my address. I've followed the steps and have put in my address numerous times - despite it being correct and even have been sent products already.

Unfortunately I am experiencing the same issue with repeatedly sign in request on everything that's clicked on. I've signed in and it doesn't take me to what I have previously clicked on before signing in again. It just revolves over and over to sign in but won't take you anywhere. Please fix!

As soon as I downloaded the app I stared getting pop up ads on my phone. I deleted the app and the ads still kept coming. I had to reset my whole phone to get them to stop. I was really looking forward to the app and am very disappointed that I didn't get to use it without being bothered with ads.

Glitchy Start, stops, and freezes too much when using. Improvemets or a save feauture to allpw it to go right back where you were would be greart with all the stalls. Improvement of the back feauture would be great on the app opposed to occassionally having to refilter. Updates here are good beause i use my phone more.

I have been using this app for months now and this month it started to act up won't let me long in tell my info is wrong giving me errors and this morning it just won't work. Telling to check my connection and there is nothing wrong with my connection. Or it will tell me network not available. I'm also having the same problems with the website. Something needs to get fix so we can run our avon business. This is getting very upset by this.
