The timing of the buses mainly is off timing as to the arrivals of the buses. As much as 20 to 25 minutes when the final seconds are displayed on the app. When you need the app to function it normally misreads the timing of the bus. The counter also flips for 2 minutes to 7 minutes back to 4 minutes or will count down t ok the final seconds without a bus showing up at all. You can't put all your eggs in the basket at once on JTA or this app. .
I'm hesitant to give a good rating. Jta has a tendency to screw up everything they touch. This app works great, so far. Rhe last jta app I downloaded was good, then it quit working. Hopefully, this app continues to be beneficial for a while. Jta should promote this app more.
Very poor experience. The app won't even load on my android tablet. It opens the logo page and then it crashes.
This app is very good most of the time since I've been using it only once since I've used it it was off or either the bus was running ahead of schedule or something
For some reason it works fine except when I try to see where the bus is live on the map, it just closes the app 🤷

i like this App!!!!Because the bus is usually on time,or Early....
It was great at first and now nothing loads and I depended on this to and from work... now I cant depend on it!
So far the schedule and bus ride is great.
I have noticed that bus 3 has the habit of being late.
"NO PREDICTIONS AT THIS TIME"...that's the way it stays. Really? Worthless app. UNINSTALL!

Works wayyy better than that other JTA app. I like how on the map it shows you all the little bus stops on the route. (That's the main reason I downloaded it.)
I love the app it helps me get back and forth to work.
It is helpful, but it doesn't always show the last few stops including the Rosa Parks terminal.
They. Need an extra bike rack I've had to miss several buses. Otherwise it's really good.
Lets me know in real time when the bus will be at the stop.
While the information provided by this app is more accurate compared to other transit apps -- if you put several bus routes on it, the app has a tendency to drop them from time to time and they have to be reinstalled. Fix that problem and the rating would jump to five stars, immediately. Also, it would be nice to have the option of a paid version of this app so we could get rid of the ads, which are a nuisance.
