Had all problems before. Very temperamental. Better now updates automatically. Have to use it for work. Fixes: 1) always sync forms for offline working before going into field. 2) always work off line (app is constantly synching after data input) - sync when visit complete. 3) Use "quick save" to save all previous data before taking a photo if camera is kicking you out. Helps. If I'm trying to upload photo of forms in app I just have keep trying. (or quick save 1st page then save 2nd ?)
Bad memory mgmt, very apparent with anything using the add button for multiple entries. Crashes out before or after taking photos, daily. Fails to sync randomly on the job and needs force stop and reset, also daily. At least I haven't hit the issues that other techs have on iOS, requiring uninstall/reinstall (think thats the only way to clean cached files on iOS, whatever the reason, glad I haven't had it that bad)
This is worst ap I have ever had the misfortune to use! Completely unreliable and the source of many hours of wasted time in trying to log in and consequent missed appointments. Gets stuck syncing for ages with the result I have to uninstall and then reinstall & it then it takes forever to appear on my screen so my company tech team have to push it through - no good at the weekend though. I only wish I didn't have to use it for this particular job.
Use it daily for work and struggle to get it to sync. Gets stuck on sync cycle. The only way to clear it is to uninstall and reinstall but it doesn't reinstall until 10am the next day so I miss my 9.30 work, not good. Loses forms if you don't keep syncing. Supposed to work offline but need to use the Internet when adding forms, which is difficult in the field. Really fed up with it.
This app crashes everyday now. Having to uninstall and reinstall just to get my work done is becoming a real problem not to mention the amount of data I'm having to use when not on WiFi to reinstall the app while working. If I had a choice to use something else for work I would but stuck with this program for work.
Very problematic app. Constantly gets stuck on loading data, have to uninstall/reinstall. Boots me out when I take a photo, have to reload and input all data again. It has even booted me out half way through visit and was unable to get back in so had to leave client, uninstall etc then return to client...very professional indeed...only work around is to download forms prior to visit then go into offline mode to ensure that the forms remain on phone
Easy to use, had no problems with it crashing as other people seem to have experienced. Would be great if appointment times could be changed (mainly for my memory!)
I'm working for a great company but they switch to Yoreka. After working for the company for several years I think I'll have to resign and find something else. The app doesn't fit on the screen so there is no way to get to the last question on the screen. I've been hopeful that the issues could be fixed but after months and it looks like a lot of time and effort and money trying to make it work it's pretty clear it's not going to get better. Iwon't work for another company using this app.
Frustrating, as with most other reviews keeps saving pointlessly, takes ages to sync or doesn't at all. When it works it's great but every other day now having to reinstall to make it work
You guys can't make a working app for even one day. First it was the infinite loading time due to compatibility issues with android 12 now we're seeing complete app closing and refreshing when trying to take a picture. Yikes.
It's clear that there is a problem with this app, considering that almost 100% of the reviews have been negative and repeat the same concerns, yet developers are either unwilling or unable to fix. There are many, many people relying on this application for their livelihood and it's almost criminal that the major issues being faced are not being addressed when they are this consistently fed back to the developers of this app.
Synching... never works. I spend all day trying to sync and the blue circle spins for ever. Only works if I uninstal and reinstal again. When it works its brilliant app.
Have to delete and re install very often 3 times a week maybe as it gets stuck syncing as i try to open the app. Please sort it thanks. When it works. Great app.
Garbage app. At minimum, i spend at least 30 minutes a day waiting for this app to load my phones own camera app for surveys. & if it is not constantly making you wait minutes at a time for it to "save", it will dump any info you entered into it. Making you start all over or re-enter half your work
Shocking app. Have to use it for work and it is completely unreliable and constantly crashing. So frustrating!
I didnt know how good I had it until I got switched over to this app. The idea is great but the execution seems like a high schooler programmed it. Get actual programmers to work on fixing this app.
Re endless syncing, press on icon, then app info, clear cache, go over to manage storage, press yes, close all windows and log in again. Tedious but works.
Use this app for work. Have to uninstall & reinstall the app every other day as it won't finish syncing. Seems to be the only fix.
Worst app...having to reinstall everytime for work... got stuck at sinking always... affecting my work performance I don't know if employers can see what we go through
Three hours I have been unable to sync the app. This has prevented me working today. It has been a frustrating week with this app.
Does not load easily, have to restart it too often. Same problem when trying to sync.
When scanning the barcode and photo the app constantly kicks you out and you are required to log back in again. Could you please look at this I have a Huawei if this is any help
Freezes, logs in and out randomly and is impossible to make necessary changes ie appointment times.
After some updates it's not working at all. It can really make your job difficult. It should have 0 stars.
The worst data apps ever used. Spent 3 hours so far to Sync data. Not working, so frustrating
App doesn't work constantly having to delete and reinstall. Not good when I use it all day everyday for work
It's pretty good use for work but with my phone huawei when I use the camera about a third of the time it drops me out of the questionnaire which is a real pain
Good when it works, which isn't enough of the time. Keeps getting stuck at syncing during startup/restart, and the only way to get past it is to uninstall and reinstall. I suspect (but don't know for certain) that the issue might be linked to having the app running whilst Android Auto is also running ...
