It works and I use it a lot. However I have noticed it is not reliable in terms of collecting stamps and the extra points. I have had at least 30 hot drink yet only have 5 stamps and never completed all 10. This is the same for extra points I often use my own container yet rarely get awarded extra points.
Terrible, erratic errors recurring. Yoyo points are not added automatically even though I present my yoyo card first just to scan and then pay by my bank card. I have not earned points in accordance with what I paid. It happens so often erratically. Despite my frequent and regular shopping at Planet Organic, I haven't got enough points due to this recurring errors. And the yoyo support team is so unhelpful, not being bothered to correct the system error
Buggy when you try to use a voucher. I have collected enough points to get a free main and I was looking forward to getting it. Just before I was due to pay, I redeemed the points for a voucher. However, when I clicked on voucher, it took me to "Pay Now" screen rather that the "Voucher" screen! The problem was that I have only noticed after I paid and the transaction could no longer be cancelled. The screens look very similar with a QR code in the middle, so it is an easy mistake to make if you have been taken to a wrong screen by the app. The problem is that the voucher expiry date is the day it was redeemed. So, not only I paid for a meal that I expected to get for free, I also lost all those accumulated points. All because the app devs failed to tie the button to the right screen.
Very disappointing app, there's potential there for it to become something great. However, the app fails to notify when a place is closed and takes the money readily. Trying to contact customer services is a task and a half. On being issued refunds, good luck seeing anything go back into your bank. I was due a refund of £10.45. For some reason I only got the 45p and nothing else. Fix these bugs in your app please - many of us here are students and can't afford to be losing any money.
Won't let me log in anymore. Have requested password reset and nothing is sent to my account. Have emailed customer services multiple times and never received a reply. Disappointed is an understatement as it has locked me out of my account.
Probably a security bug.. I noticed that when I open the application and go to wallet, I am not asked to insert my passcode or fingerprint in order to make a payment. That's only requested when the app goes to the background and is brought back to the front again. I don't leave my card linked due to this issue, which is a big inconvenience.
Keeps sending me notifications to update, but there is no update available?!
Easy to use and great at points collection
Good app, good offers and rewards over just using Google pay. Works in a similar manner although it's a QR code scan rather than tap and pay.
I often wonder if anybody tests this app at all? With each release and up update something else is just buggy. Be lucky if a voucher is actually successful and if it isn't you get an email that is basically claiming you did it wrong all together brings a great user experience. The app is completely pointless, claims of being secure are just incorrect, how is storing your card details with a third party secure!? It's just a shame that this is basically the only way I can make a payment for food.
Not working anymore- won't allow me to pay, have reloaded app. Experience of not working for payment replicated by 100s at my workplace across android and ios...shame it worked fine for years
Unfortunately, I didn't get to use app and I got tired of waiting for response from support team so I could verify my phone. If you have bad cell connection, I would not recommend creating your profile because after 3 retries, it will not get you passed the screen where you have to send verification code. So you are stuck in a lock which is stupid. Bad design of the app.

The app was great, however, lately when I convert my points into vouchers, the points are subtracted but no vouchers are added/available.
The app reinstalled on my new phone does not have the option to login to my existing account. It only offers to sign up again. The developers keep changing the app and not tested whether it is flawed before general release, particularly when they keep removing the pin number before a spend can be used, one time there then gone and then back again. It's stupid and embarrassing that they behave so irresponsibly. I wrote an email for help and it was ignored. Doh
Very silly and a waste of plastic that you cant continue to use the physical cards once you've signed up. "Save time, save the environment" yeah right! App is also buggy, scanning your card doesn't work and the app froze on me twice in the sign up.
Can confirm, as per other users' experiences, the unnecessarily long load time still persists with the latest update. Just loaded up in a sporty 70 seconds, whilst staff and colleagues waited patiently. Used to be more of a help than a hindrance, now not so much.
Enjoyed it as a quick payment for university food where points are rewarded for purchases you would already be making. Found some troubles with payment errors charging me for other people's purchases however they were resolved quickly. The customer service was also very good and helpful. My card with new expiry date wouldn't update when I added the new details so that needs fixing.
Good app for electronic payments and collecting rewards. The setup and use is really quick and simple. The ratio between expenses and points is well balanced. Unfortunately, it can be used only in a linit d number of shops. Really good for me at oxford university canteen
Pretty good app. Would be great if receipts could be downloaded in batches, and if the android version didn't take forever to refresh the list of receipts (this can be helped by reinstalling the app when it starts to slow) the bug is not on apple.
Good app and Good support. On the occasional time when vouchers or other have been problematic (mostly due to 3rd party setup or internet connections) support has been quick and effective. Value of the app is good - quick easy payment with electronic itemised receipt. Value of points vs vouchers depends on vendor.
unstable and as they add new features they slowly make core functionality of paying for things slower and slower. Am one more delay away from stopping using the application, just fed up of holding up people while i wait for it to load. no better after upgrade on 19 march. still excessively slow to paying for things.
Generally a good app, but recent update seems to have stopped me viewing my points / rewards / voucher summary page, despite me registering a favourite place and making a purchase, as the app requests. For some reason, can't get my history to load, either. Would be nice to have these issues addressed.
The app itself - fine. What is infuriating is how difficult it is to get customer support so I can use my app on a new phone, as it will not verify my number since is it linked to my old phone. I've tried calling and get cut off, I've tried messaging through the Nero app, and each time I get nothing back
Generous points collecting means I make up enough points to get freebies quite often, which is great. Easy to use, great that you can link your card straight to the app to pay with it too, so no need to make sure to remember scanning the app and then paying every time.
Recent update means the time from selecting the app to PIN entry is more than 30 seconds. This seems independent of wifi or mobile data connection and is a huge inconvenience when this is supposed to be a quick way to pay.
I simply wanted to update an expired card, which it wouldn't let me do, so I tried adding a card but it don't let me do that as it says 'this card is already linked'- yes, but as you know it's expired... Then I try removing the card and adding as a new one. Because I was confused by the previous message I had made 3 attempts by this point I have to wait 24 hours, so now I can't pay/collect vouchers at all... Aaargh!
Works fine however keeps asking me to update the app, however there is no update TO install on the store, tried uninstalling and reinstalling to fix yet still bugs me about an invisible update. Very annoying.
