Yukon Gold Solitaire

I was searching for a solitaire app that included multiple styles of solitaire and smooth gameplay with a nice UI, but without having to watch a crummy ad after every hand! This wonderfully designed app fits the bill and is well worth the price! My only qualm is that unlike some of the other (ad-filled) solitaire apps I've tried in the last week there is no option to ensure a winnable hand is dealt! If this was added it would be absolutely perfect.

Solitaire Mega Pack used to be the best solitaire app out there, but it disgracefully sold out and the paid version became an ad-machine so I went searching for something new. The most important thing in a solitaire game is auto-move intelligence and Yukon's is pretty good (though a tad aggressive at moving everything it can to the foundations). The graphics are nice (though I wouldn't hate being able to slow card moves down so that I could see them happen). There's reasonable selection of games and lovely cards and backgrounds. Of all the solitaire apps I've been trying, this one's the winner. Well worth purchasing.

EDIT: Changed my review to 5 stars. My issue was fixed by the developer and they contacted me for more info, very professional and considerate compared to other apps. The only solitaire version I could find that isn't covered in ads, a subscription model or annoying to use. High scores are bugged out. Sometimes when I close the game and open it next time, all the kings are on foundations and it completes a game for me with no time, a score of 205 and today's date and makes this the new highest score. Still a better app than most money grubbing ad ridden subscription model solitaire apps!

I've given Yokon Gold Solitair 5 stars because I can't give 'em 6 stars. What an amazing value. The cost is just right for the best game of Sol available anywhere bar none. I've installed several other games of Sol but could never find the right one. I play to win and win as many games as possible. I got spoiled on a very old version of Sol that I bought for a flip phone. I could set options to win with it 75% of the time. I needed that kind of emotional high with my new smart phone but couldn't find it until I discovered Yukon Gold. With the right settings and playing style I'm able to win 62% of the time -- incredible! No ads, no fluff, no nonsense, just fun, fun, fun! This version has everything anyone could want and support is out of this world.

The game will ALWAYS start you off with 2-3 of the same numbered cards showing. They need to work on the randomness of the shuffle because it kind of breaks the game. The developer MUST know this already, but still takes money for a broken game.

Ad free Solitaire. I find the autoplay feature which was on for me by default to be a little too aggressive so I switched it over to only automatically play the endgame. You can press the hint button to achieve the same autoplay function manually. Great app with a great price

Still wish that after winning a game you had option to play the game again or start new game. My only other request is the ability to have "undo last move" as an option when you run out of options instead of having to exit out of message THEN select undo. *Please* consider these. 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Have had this app since 2013. Lots of games but I only use it for Yukon as it tells you game over too soon in Spider when moves are available. Best is that internet isn't required to play.

TERRIFIC! all around app. Needs a HIGH SCORE option. Not just a winning percentage. The Landscape orientation needs to be slightly smaller on the screen.

It's irritating. It's annoying sometimes you can't move cards when you should be able to it doesn't tell you how to turn off the you know a card has to be in all the foundation slots before a new deal thing. I am double and triple tapping buttons and cards here and there before they finally move, it's just a lot of things I want to refund

This is great but the one gripe I have is that the image assets are a bit blurry on my S22 Ultra. Perhaps there can be an update where the images are a higher resolution?

Nice game. Had a game with much more variety. That paid game Solitaire Mega Pack sold out and started putting ads in the paid version. This is the closest thing I could find to match that. Anyone who is unhappy with Solitaire Mega Pack should check this out. You can try the demo version for free? Developer responds.

Tldr: good app with lots of features. Paid version has several different versions of solitaire built right into it with what is pretty much a dark mode option (which i love). There are also different colors for cards.

When you select 'none' under autoplay it still autoplays many moves. This is quite frustrating when trying to maximize points. It makes it difficult to apply a patient strategy. Please fix this.

Love the beauty & simplicity of it. So glad I found this one. The developer also gets right back to you with any questions that you have regarding the use or issues you may have with the app. It was something on my own phone and he still got back to me right away. Very professional and very kind. Very highly recommend.

Very nice collection of solitaire card games. The animation when you win reminds me of the Windows 3.1 animations. Nicely done, attractive graphics, and great play.

Been my favorite solitaire game for years. Have played on a number of different tablets, both Android and Amazon. Only one problem with all of them. You can never be sure of the size of the cards when opening up the game.

Lots of solitaire games to learn; clean interface; no ads. Basically perfect. I got this game originally for free on Amazon appstore, but I bought the Google play version because it's still the best to just play my favorite solitaire games.

I didn't care for the graphics. It looked very fuzzy and looks like a kid developed it. I also didn't care for some of the auto moves.

Well worth it. I love the dark background and the new card decks that show up well even on a small phone like mine. I bought this for Yukon, which is my favorite, but the others also are fun to play. Also not a file hog, it takes up very little space on my phone.

Nice looking game. However, I cannot put my aces where I want to put them. I like to sort reds together and blacks the same. Other solitaires allow it.

The latest update is fantastic! This is a perfect solitaire game now. This is a very mature product and performs flawlessly. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the attention to detail the developer has applied to this app. I have been playing for years and the game just keeps getting better. Thanks for a great game!

I have owned and used this app for many years now. I highly recommend it. It's been a lot of fun and you can make the games more complicated or more simple to play per your preference.

I agree that the latest update feels like you're playing against a stacked deck. I've had this app for years and it was a fun way to kill time. I won often enough to want to keep playing. Now I rarely win. It's not much fun.

My favorite thing to do when waiting anywhere. It quick and ez to use. A great time filler.
