It is a life saver for people who don't have own vehicle and have to travel for 4-5km. The speed may seem low for people driving other vehicles but it is definitely faster than walking. It is atleast four times more affordable than auto. You might want to be careful before taking the vehicle to check the stand, brake and other things, which they too remind you before starting.

The concept is really good. There are two things which Yulu should improve: 1. The accelerator is not easy to hold and use. It is only 40% of the right handle, need to be full. 2. The maximum speed need to be increased little more. When riding in main roads, lot of big vehicles like buses, lorries, trucks plying thru. When they are coming behind in speed, it's not easy to suddenly move aside because of two things which i mentioned above. This is a very important safety improvements required.

Who is the target audience for this service? Is it us common people or Zomato/Swiggy corporates? Cannot find one single yulu but all delivery guys are using it. Most times you go to a bike which shows available for ride on map, it turns out to be on long term lease. What's the use of showing it available then? It's nothing but waste of our time and efforts. Many times you can't even see a particular stop on the map. It's auto suggestion is very poor as it shows bikes available very far.

Used to be a loyal customer since 2019. But now we hardly get a yulu nearby. Almost all of them are hoarded by delivery people. Rental is a scam. You pay upfront for so many days and don't get a vehicle. Get a vehicle nearby and the charge will be so low. Then they give the option to change batteries which will be far away. They give options to swap it with other vehicles which are ghosts. You can go around searching for it but never find them. Same thing happens with bikes in yulu zone.

It's good to use if you get an yulu available near by you. But the problem is you can't find one easily please improve app navigation and when it shows in app 1 miracle available if you go there you can't find one that's very difficult waste of effort.. all I want to say is app navigation and yulu availability and more yulu zone so that we can use more

easy to locate, pick and drop bikes which are convenient for short distance, especially in residential areas. attractive pricing too! EDIT - availability of bikes in YULU ZONES during rush-hours (8 to 10am; 4-7pm) can improve.

Very very Worst battery availability. Don't take long-term rental ever. They advertise as changing battery take less than a minute. But you have to wait more than 1 hour to get a battery changed. In all the battery station, no battery available most of the time. They'll give time more than 1 hour whenever you visit there. Atleast if you try to swap the vehicle, most of the vehicle shown in the app is faulty. I don't know what the hell maintenance they are doing. Irresponsible.....

Bike quality is very poor - Most of them have loose parts making noise. Yulu zone is a big pain - my destination was 2kms away, at start point nearest yulu zone was 0.6kms away and at destination yulu zone was 0.7kms away. I would rather use Bounce - it's cheaper, better availability than yulu, park anywhere (except no parking), no zone requirements.

The app has the speciality of failing right when you need it. Faced a vehicle failing at a rush hour, and the app itself not loading as well. Brilliant concept and decent execution, but terrible failsafes are being practiced. Edit: Yulu is fantastic when it works most of the times, but terrible when it really needs to work. Many delivery persons use Yulu, but they are using the same vehicles as ordinary commuters. It's a miracle if you can find a Yulu in office time. So, can't depend on Yulu.

After recent app update, unable to start ride in yulu app. It gets stuck after you press 'start ride' and buffers. Pls rectify at earliest. Tried reinstalling app..It worked once..Now again same problem. No response from yulu team. Pathetic app. Will never recommend anyone

After recent updates, whenever I scan a QR code it gives me an error saying this bike cannot be unlocked. Earlier switing off my Bluetooth and switching it back again used to work. But now nothing works.

I have used yulu bikes only for 2 times and in my personal opinion I would say that services are bit expensive. If I compare with rapido bike the charges are almost nearby very little amount of difference is there. If they reduce the charges then it will give some more efficienct and positive results. So please work on it. Rest of experience was good.

ended up paying Rs 97 for a ride that costed me Rs 45 on Rapido despite walking 2 kms at the start and the end in rain. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS SERVICE! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND ANYONE AGAINST IT! NOT TO MENTION HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO FIND THE GODDAMN YULU ZONE N IT WON'T ACCEPT EVEN IF YOU ARE 2 - 3 FEET AWAY

Very bad experience I upon seeing the bikes was excited to get a ride but unfortunately it was no fun, I couldn't get my ride They just took away my money ₹275 , I contacted the customer care for 18 times they always tell me to explain my problem from the beginning and they tell we will sort it out in 2 days but after 2 days when I contact its some other person whom I myself have to start explaining from beginning....so now Im just tired off in explaining them. I have not even taken a ride...

Just for 2.4 km, charged me a whopping amount of Rs. 43/- and the condition of the bike was also worst, it was shaky and didn't have proper balancing. If I would have taken rapido, my ride would have ended with just Rs. 31. Worst pricing and bike quality.

Good concept, feels expensive, have got many bikes that are in poor shape and don't handle too well. The app now seems to be going into a session timed out loop. Can't login anymore.
