Wish I could rely on it, but when the restaurant doesn't actually look at their incoming orders it's really useless. Not happy. Uninstalling.
App doesn't work anymore. It hasn't been updated since 2013. You have to download the app for the individual restaurant.
Use this app at least once or twice a week. Great for ordering lunch from my favorite and busiest places. Skip the line.

"it's free..." except the $.25 per transaction for a convenience fee...thanks but no thanks. Nice advertising.
I just wasted my time with this. I live in San Francisco, which is basically tech central. The closest merchants where I can use this app are in the Los Angeles area, about 400 miles away. If you have an app which is only usable in limited parts of the country, that's fine. What's not fine is failing to disclose this so that people waste time installing an app which is useless to them.
To the One Star Robert, maybe you should read the decription before you download blindly. Great app; worked in my area like the description said.

Need to have a way to rate to service and food at each place. Everyone has been good except the deli zone in Boulder, twice I have placed an order, been billed and no sandwich. Not Happy
