Brilliant. Makes accurate milling a real pleasure. The circle function avoids the need for a rotary table. I initially had problems with random resets but that was due to old Arduino code running on my Bluetooth controller. I hope there will be an update to offer even more functionality.
Spectacular creation. This was a massive upgrade for my mill. It's so good that I'm going to buy a second TouchDRO kit for my lathe. Tip: If you're getting weird noise with iGaging scales, take the cover off them and solder a small capacitor between power and ground. It smooths it right out.
I've been using this app for several months now. It's a great app and offers a lot of features for the home hobbyist. I find it far more user friendly and powerful than the typical standalone dro display units.
This is an astounding hardware/software creation. I have had great experiences with an older Samsung tablet, and a Samsung cell phone. However, I recently bought a new Samsung Tablet model SM-T510, and the readings are off by a factor of 4X. In other words what should be one inch, is measured as 0.25 inch. I tried replacing the App, but no good. I have not tried any older Apps. But I have to say that TouchDRO is so good, I don't mind getting a different tablet that is compatible.
This is an awsome app for my home shop milling machine. Lots of online help for hardware installation. A DRO is the most useful and important upgrade you can add to a milling machine. The Touch DRO system can be relatively inexpensive based on your hardware choices.
Sounds like a good investment. My problem is; were do i obtain the hardware to build the rest of the system, as i live in uk. I'm sure this will be a brilliant product for us small workshop enthuiasts.
Barely works, bugs everywhere, hasn't been updated in a long time.
Works great. I have had it on a mill now for several months. No problems at all.

A wonderful feature set. It does everything that is essential and has a lot of nice to have things as well. Makes a whole lot of machining operations easier. My one nit is that I wish it had a way to import points into it.
Makes the old stationary models seem antiquated. I want one for each machine now.
Go to Yuriy's web site to find the plans to build the DRO interface that works with this app & save half the normal cost of a DRO setup.
Perfect, Yuri has made a wonderful system that has helped me get far more enjoyment from my milling machine
This app it amazing! I'm using igaging absolute for scales. Also I included the capacitors to my arduino uno setup and wow! It's very accurate and refreshes the measurements way faster than the igaging stock display. It's making quick working part on my lathe. Thank you!

most frustration ever never had this much problems with anything ever if your considering this fing thing a Chinese dro off ebay will save you sooo much money frustration and time ive spent so much on this scam theres no turning back im fing stuck withit
Connecting the tablet or the smartphone via usb (all from samsung and all usb-otg capable) immediately crashes the app. Didn't try it via bluetooth yet, but that wouldn't be a good idea anyway. The chance of loosing the connection and ruin your part is too high, made this experience with other bt-devices too often. Would be really great if working reliable with usb, but so far I cannot use it.
