Useless app. Even after placing the correct login credentials, it's not working. On the other hand, the same credentials work superbly when we use thru 7nishchay website. Huge improvement is sought for this app or better to delete it permanently.
Not able login after multiple number of tries , it's frustrating neither the website of the department is working nor it's app , it would be better if atleast anyone of them is worked upon to make user friendly.
As expected, very poor and unrealistic application. It's of no help. I am unable to login. Nothing new for a State government application. Waste of time.

as per my experience, this is the best app. many times i changed password and many things.but no error found. my loan Process is Completed within 60 days. the staff bihaviour Of drcc siwan is very good..they act like this work is their, not mine....thnks bihar government to financial support to students.

I tried to register on this app but after filling my informations, i clicked for the otp but otp was not send to my phone and there are more problems too.
Worst app I saw ever Bihar government only works on paper there is no facility for working on ground. Can't login always shows service down...

Such apps should be closed, was there no other way to fool the public? Such an app should be closed, there was no other way to fool the public. The government should stop this kind of app because it does not benefit the people of the country, it is only a loss.

Worst experience ever. after using it literally i am thinking what's this?🙄 i have tried many times to login but nothing happens, with same login credentials i am able to login in website. and the customer support persons are also untrained..even they can not able find the name of the college in the list which i can see easily in portal. The name of my college is in the list but instead of this i am not able to fill the form bcz the university name is not reflecting. Lots of modi.. required.
