Lots of crashes, connectivity problems and last update did away with share features for video. Poorly designed UI and wholly unreliable. There should be no issue to direct connect to the camera.

Don't UPDATE to this new updated version. The old one is much better. This new one does NOT have preset positions anymore. And by default the sound is always ON. Uninstalled and reinstalled the old version now.

You need to update the app to auto recycle the SD card images, so we don't need to format the SD every time it's full. This matter is simple to do, please make your app better! Thank you!

The app before the upgrade is better. Now they don't have the programmed viewing buttons anymore which was really helpful to make a quick view. Sad...😪

You removed the 3 pre-set positions. This is a great feature to be able to quickly pan across the room and move to the next view. Please bring this feature back.

This device and app were once better than others on the market but they have since removed the programmed quick buttons that set this app apart from all the others. I am so very disappointed they removed that feature otherwise they would receive all 5 stars!

Lately, network always busy. Can't even view the camera. Please do something to solve this problem or revert back to old format apps that contain 4 pre-align camera position. Tq

Total trash. Always gievs "network busy" error. Latest update wants bluetooth permission and account data...WHY?! I don't trust this app at all.

Use to work fine. After new update it won't let me use it on my mobile phone. Keeps saying insufficient permissions. Please reset camera if it belongs to you. Well it belongs to me . I have reset it 6 times and still says the same.. great update guys . Thanks alot..

Just started using this and I must say there isn't much information to help set up and its general working. Can multiple phones view at the same time? If so, can someone please elaborate on how I can add multiple phones for viewing. Thanks in advance.

For some reason, everytime I try to download this app, it just gets stuck in "pending download" and never gets downloaded. Any ideas? I'm not having that issue when I download other apps. I've tried.

After the update, you can no longer view your cam at home. This app is worst. Better before the upgrade. You can see all in the cam. Better no upgrade and return the old apps. Your apps is useless

Before update there's alarm beeb signal, now there'snt. And I can't hear clearly from voice from speker or headset. Pls correction more better. From indonesia. why right now, mostly network error to connecting

I don't like the update it took away the 4 presets. The presets made it easy to move the camera.

The pre set camera position buttons 1 to 4 have been removed in this latest update. Checking on my dog is so difficult now without these buttons. Please put them back.

The app makes my Moto Z2 Force restart everytime i use the fingerprint. Please fix it, cause the app is very important to me. Thanks

I hate the latest update, why remove the preset button? it's very usefull feature. Better back to the previous version

The preset buttons are removed. It's difficult to get the positions that want co view.
