Developers and support is awful. Same events for the last 3 years. They constantly screw up and penalize the players for their mistakes. Massive screw up 3 months ago and they still won't resolve my issues. Not only that they took troops away for me I built. I've wasted enough time and money on these fools. Truly awful support... If it wasn't for the other people playing I would have quit a long time ago. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this game and any others ran by FT games.
Game devolpers are greedy and unresponsive to mail not quick,to fix game issues but also quick to take away rewards that was rightfully earned if they belief money making will suffer Far from complete game looks unfinished and has very bad mechanics and actual gameplay Basically just a copy of every other war slash building game just without being complete
Developers reset game to fix an issue which resulted in loss of troops, resources and previous event rewards. They refuse to compensate although they sent a mail stating they would. Customer service is non-existant. Mails and chats are unanswered.
After playing the game for over 4 years the developers made a mistake. They gave everyone alot of cool items then they realized it. Then they decided to rewind the game back 2 days and the majority of the player lost everything because the developers mistakes. They claim to reimburse for the losses, but are a big joke. Worst part is the customer service. The way they respond to you, if they do at all, blaming the players for their mistakes. Disgusting! Game used to be good but the developers single handedly ruined it.
Developer's issued a game rollback to fix some issues which resulted in loss of troops, resources and other items. They're refusing to fix and if you mail support they're not responding!
Non-existant customer service! Emails are never answered. Support in game is always a form message or deleted so you waste time in sending multiple messages. Glitches that result in loss of troops, resources and rewards are not returned!
7 months chat still not fixed. the typical reply. "thankyou for your input. the issue will be addressed." what a joke. Update since 8/2/19 chat still not fixed. New development. I continue to get kicked off. If you have a S9+ or newer you won't be able to play. They've been supposedly fixing this since Feb. Developers don't care as long as they are getting money from all the other players.
Devs don't care about the very people who pay to support this game. They don't reply properly to the private in game support chats, either generic rubbish or nothing at all. Used to be loved but their greed and incompetence has turned many people away recently. Sort the reviews by most recent. The 1* are real players, anything higher is developers trying to cling to their star rating

Anyone please inform google over it. this game must be stopped
Fails to answer in app support or emails. Developers rolled back game to a prior point in order to fix a bug. The rollback has caused 1000 more problems which they're refusing to fix.
update 7/10/2019 the newest Samsung Galaxy update is not compatible with the chat features within the game. it has been broken for months and the developers refuse to fix it. The devs have made huge mistakes, claim to PUNISH players for devs mistakes, and have not reimbursed players. They send generic messages and do not fix anything, they delete the support conversations between players and themselves. Make them be accountable for their mistakes!!!!!!
This game was good at the begining but now only anything that point to benefit the developers are fair, no glitches were fixed unless they found it against their benefits, just like this event with muffins, times in past years we have problems with protected amount but there was no fixing 😠😠😠
Glitch related To server war. They erased 48h of game play. I asked To get my rewards back. They tell me they won't because of an another glitch of their own. I provided screenshot of the issue uo be answered they won't compensate for their mistakes. Dear developppers, i van forget the muffin issue but speaking us out rewards for an Event wé played is inacceptable. Don't answer me To write To in-game help....They erase our message instead of reading/answering them.
The game has really died out in the past year. Same people play just jump servers a lot. Need to make the game more known again so more people will play it.
the game is full of glitches. Developer support is virtually non-existant. accounts unbind randomly and devs take weeks to respond and give account back. people get prompted to give a 5 star review before they play long enough to realize how bad the devs are. support team don't care about players, they know there's always new suckers to download and buy beginner packs.
another one of those "level up your buildings simulator" and wait endlessly for them to complete, can hardly call it a game.
Can never see event standings, developers cannot fix this problem even after advising them of the problem and sending pictures. The response time is unreasonable.
They change things without warning, worse costumer support I've ever come across, they love to blame the players for there errors in events and they pay mods to give them a unfair advantage over other players 1* was being nice but couldn't go any lower sadly

Worst developer ever. No response to emails or in game support. Shocking service. Constant glitches. Spent thousands over the years, they don't even answer queries. Embarrassing company
the developers just stole gold I had purchased calling it a punishment due to an error on their part. The compensation of 1000 gold did not equal the amount they took from me. This used to be a great game.

Some bugs not fixed at all....i haven't log in for 3 days cause the game kicked me out all the time.40 times and i reinstalled 7 times and nothing.....what's going on!??????
Have played this game 3 years and love it but recently it's been failing and there is absolutely zero support from developers. Purchased items fail and it seems tactic to force you to spend more money. Fun game but don't waste any money on it.
