Model train control was never this easy and convenient: With one swipe of your hand you can scroll to your model of choice in the locomotive library. Note ,this is not a mobile game , you need to be a model train hobby expert to understand what to use this app for , it is to control your trains at home on your layout ,but yet you need to have the Z21 reciever aswell , this app works just fine with my model trains at home , thank you guys keep the improvements rolling in , im looking foward to the next updates. >looking to consist several diffrent loco codes to one train if possible .thanks guys once again.
Does not work for android, will not connect to Digikeijs DR5000 despite putting the actual ip address in. For some reason it works with apple but not android.

Since a forced update from my provider to Android 6, the App crashes uncontrolled after a few minutes and make it impossible to control trains. I contacted Roco support but after over a months no results, only automatically generated emails. Export and import in older devices also do not work, have over 70 Loco in it and will not do all the work again. I'm sorry to say but with the lack of support I will change the system and sell the Z21 black.
Cannot transfer layout from tablet to phone either with email or sd card

Not possible to edit controls in layout edit mode - no buttons visible. Useless app with this bug. Lenovo A6000, Android 4.4.4
The app had compatibility issues with Android 6 for 4-5 months before it was updated with 0 support replies!
This is a neat and friendly app - one or two bugs that one can work around. The consisting seams to need some polishing. If deleting the locos and adding others, the train is available but nothing works - one has to create a new train with a new name. Also, the function commands are only sent to one loco (movement and direction is ok). This means that the consist CVs in a decoder are of no use.
A little fiddly so sometimes but it's perfect for double heading and sound locos
I hope you put more buttons for functions "F"... more loco's/decoders had 29 function for it.
App crashes on screen rotation when a loco is active. Happens when rotating from or to landscape display on tablet; not tested on mobile phone yet. Otherwise great app.
Works great and has good functionality.
Ever since beginning this app is the way; either w.the phone or tablet. Never problems. Each update gives satisfaction. For those w. issues; always first export yr data after changing or adding loco's; then w. an future app update you always can import it back if yr data was gone wrong. BACKUP is the word... :)
The one or two little bugs are greatly outweighed by the useabillity of this great software/hardware combination. Superb if you are into DCC sound. I bought one and now 4 other members of my club have bought a Z21 as well, nuff said!
Works very well on Android. The odd bug - consisting direction not being used definable for each loco, bur otherwise simple, easy to use and reliable.
This app has great flexibility works with any android device. Its easy to share configurations and even seem tp allow more than one controller per train. A few more user tweeks will really make this a difficult one to beat.
I wish the whole Z21 Team same merry (frustrated) Christmas as I have after update to V2.3.1 since SW V0.9.7 (published from 'Digitale Modellbahn' 01 2013 it is know'n that update is erasing Lok's & Setup - more than a Year later nothing changed and I lost 4 Lok's and ALL my Pictures out of 20 - but many thanks to the Developer (and the Manager) that I have now within every of my private, public, home & other 'Anlage' a "Demo Lok" where I don't know what I should do with this (as mentioned within FAQ's it is easy to create own Lok') instead of investing 3 days of Development to give us User an Option to Import our Lokbiliothek from Rocomotion with only Basic Fields or Descriptions now my only choice is to invest 5 Hours before 24th to (again) take my Pictures from all 20 Lok's (and I don't know how this will work when I have inserted all my 73 Loks) to be able to Play with my grandchild under the Christmas Tree
Why can you find this by typing in loco roco???
It works, but PLEASE put all the programming functions behind a user definable password or pincode or at least let us disable it in the application settings so that i don't have to worry about mishaps when guests/kids are playing!
It was a good app! But please fix the following issue: 1. It cannot control my locos after Google Android Aug update. 2. The programing CV feature works functionally. 3. The turn-outs configuration and control is not working functionally. My phone: Google Pixel 3, Android 9
