Very good, needs some tweaks throughout. I have been on this app as a driver for a few months and it is easy to use, but the constant booking pop-up does get annoying and tedious after a while. There is one improvement that I would like implemented in this app: can you allow drivers to see the bookings/deliveries yet to be accepted on the maps feature (i.e. Routes tab)? This will help reduce hassle and let drivers know which delivery they can take depending on where they are.

This app has gone from bad to ridiculous. As others have stated, the only way you can use it is if you have that app open all time and watching it 24/7. Notifications don't work. When you open the app you can see all the jobs you missed out on flick on the screen, that have been taken by desperados who watch the screen all day.

No notifications when work comes thru unless app is always open, and when you do get a notfication by the time you read it, its already gone. Can't rely on getting any work, and any jobs i have seen are really underpaid.. one i saw briefly was $7 to drive 40km.. yet comments on their customer app indicates they are expensive.. so the only one making anything is obviously the business and not the workers.

Almost unusable. Be prepared to be sitting in your car or standing in front of a customer for ages while app loads and doesn't function. Expect constant crashes, error messages, shut downs. Expect poor layout that will confuse or deceive you. This is the worst job app you will ever use.

This app has nearly damaged two of my new smartphone as it crashes the system UI repeatedly. The owners of this app need this app to make it stable to run smoothly on Android platform.

Worst app.you suppose to finish the run in two hours but the app does a favour to you and you hardly finish in 7 hours. No more jobs from zoom.

This application is ok however it is not a full time job average income per week will not pay your rent. Costumer support is great though when there are issues with jobs they are resolved quickly. If work was to improve rating will end up being higher.

Can't rely on Zoom2U to make a living! There rates has gone down significantly! Support team is bad & sometimes rude & unprofessional. No Zoom2U app support seems to care to respond to concerns here in Appstore! When their staff call you, always give you jobs people don't want coz it's too low rates or tough jobs, I stopped answering their calls. They don't care much when I call them for help so why should I be loyal to them!

Well- developing. I can't believe how greate it is. This app allows carriers to receive new bookings for same day express deliveries. That helps you have great times. All 100% free!

The app need a lot of improvement, keep sending notifications of bids when I am not even online. When online and after reject bids or jobs the app keep notifying me with the same bigld/job once and once again...

I login my account just one day earlier. A customer want his parcel delivery early and they blacklisted me . No communication , misunderstanding with drivers, low wage . So better to do other delivery jobs rather than this. Even 1 star is more for this application.

Terrible app slow, unresponsive sometimes needs an overhaul to work effectively.

No notifications appear if the app is mot open all the time on screen. Ridiculous

A waste of time. Two weeks and I have not make my first delivery.

App constantly crashes, is completely unstable. Has errors galore. Barely functions in comparison to how it was 2 years ago.

The most unstable mobile app I have ever used in my life. Has great features amd looks good. Still causes the most crashes, hangs, feeezes, resets of any app I've ever seen. No hyperbole. This is the most. Unstable. App. I've. Ever. Seen. Ever. Forced to use it to get the job done but I look forward to uninstalling it every weekend. S8Edge+ runs like butter with nary a hiccup until I reinstall the zoom app. Then I visit phone hell again for another week. Same thing happens on a spare S6Edge.

If I wanted any app that told me things were waiting but when I opened the app there never was, I'd get tinder....

Really bad you spend over a week sending in your documents and doing there exams to then spend all day e-mailing to try and fix there app so far waisted days on this thank god I did not really on zoom2u to sort it. Not good It looks like i am not the only one with this problem and I was told by zoom2u that It was the 1st time and must be something I am doing wrong.

I've had this app fpr 2weeks and nothing is showing up any jobs in the vicinity of where i am. Not sure if the app is completely compatible with android, spoke to admin via through app and they can't seem to give me an answer why it's not showing any jobs available.
