Most recent update completely destroyed the app. Everything in Chinese, files uploaded no longer fit on the hologram. Even when they fit perfectly before. I can't adjust the brightness or the angle anymore and the file upload system has become unnecessarily complicated. Please fix as this is a commercial product and it seriously affects performance of the product

I doesn't see the account number for registering the app in my device and can't able to register please help me with this soon
This does not work with Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The app will not connect with the fan. It captures it for a split second then disconnects. I tried on two different Samsungs and same result. Tried on iPhone and it connects fine so there's some issue with android. I cannot make any changes to the fan while on the go because the app and fan don't talk to each other. Please fix.
