I dont know what going on but maybe regret switching over to purple. I can't even make call thru my phone and vp has to sign off then back in to make a call.
I cant even make phone calls....I restarted my phone over and over. Still wont let me make a phone call. I need it for work, please fix it ASAP!!!!! When I receive notification that someone is calling, but it doesn't ring at all and then I have to call back...I can't even answer the phone. Many times, I missed people calling me and when I called back, it was too late. This is irritating and frustrating. Please fix. I am thinking about transferring to different VP service.
The z5 program- super. Interpreter- fantastic. Tech support-poor. After using my app on my phone "on the go" for 3months, it just stop working saying " no internet connection". Contacted tech support and they say carrier is the issue. Contacted carrier and nothing change. Contacted tech support again, they blamex my phone. All my other apps search web works but z5 app is only thing that says "no internet connection". Tech support still blames my phone and carrier.
This app causes my android device apps messed! Because everytime when I use it for 15 mins it automatically shut down then hard to press other apps i have to switch off device to restart it works. It happens often.
I had no prob with my old phone. I recently purchased new Samsung A11 Android. However no problem making outside phone calls. But not receiving any phone calls. Nothing ! I getting frustrated. Getting missed important phon calls! Fix it! Please.
I tried call on Z5. It caused slow down entire Android system and it crashed itself. Sometime, system did automatically restarted phone because there was memory leaking is caused by Z5 app I believe. I can say Z5 is worse app than Moto's stock camera app.
Absolutely horrible program.... Keeps freezing up my phone.. Cant get calls on phone.. only home.... Tech support dont help.... Program just shuts down in middle of calls... Pain in the ass service... Interpreters are good thats only good thing.
People i dont think they are aware there possible data breach and i believe this done through remote access and i have the same issues and turns out indeed im a victum of identity theft fraud and much much more encourage them check their system and all make sure there no issues
Sometimes the phone calls don't get through or alert us when someone is calling. Poor reception on certain devices. :/

z5 mobile is ok but it gave me pain in ass. they never fix the technical problem for Sprint network. they have not fixed video zoom correctly in android phone.
It customer service really terrible... I been called serval times, they never answer my calls again I tried again and again.. nothing answered my call more than 30 minutes rining... Fed up with them*
Z5 VP no work good with phone and iPad it no letting me chat with friends if I try use my phone when someone answer it goes black screen same when I use at home it takes a while for use VP.
Its keep disconnect me off while I tried to call. Zvrs is suck

it miss call and answer see me them black screen.. not good on Alcatel Cellular .. and small laptop has small can't see me or big size

A representative still has not called me to complete the registration process and it's been 24 hours and no one has called me!
I get a notification thru email that I'm getting a call but soon as I open my app I don't see the person attempting to call me..how do I answer ?
Wont let me log in on the app, even though I am logged in on the website!

My phone kept shut off
every once awhile when getting vrs call my screen would be black. I have to restart my phone everytime to make it work. I shouldn't have to restart my phone everytime. plus my video looks super close can't seem to zoom out
