Z88.3 Radio

I look at other reviews. Apparently the issues I'm having (unless app is open and screen does not time out app stutters and quits playing) have been an unresolved issue. I hope this can be addressed. I like being able to play the Z when I'm away from my car.

The app turns off without screen active. I would like to use this app while doing other chores like mowing the lawn. However, the app turns off after the phone spends a minute in my pocket. I can keep it going in my car if I have a Navigation app keeping my screen running, otherwise when my screen goes to sleep, so does the music. I have to rely on iHeart Radio which does not have this quirk, but also does not carry this station.

I love the Rock station. It plays great music. However, there is a bug that forces you to play another station first and then switch over the rock. Otherwise, you get no music. Also, the music cuts out very often and I have to do the cycle all over multiple times during the time I am listening.

I moved away from Orlando more than 20 yeasts ago but still remember Z88.3 fondly and am excited to see the selection of Christian music genres has expanded! The app is easy to use but the stream freezes/ buffers occasionally (that may be a much a function of my WiFi connection as much as the app, though, so I'll give benefit of the doubt in that for now). I'd live too see a widget I can instill on my home screen to control the stream without having to open the app.

I love the Gospel Positive music hits. Love the Gospel rap 😍💕. Keeps me going everyday. When I connect to my bluetooth in my car some times it doesn't play from pause but if I have my BT on before it connect to car radio and the station playing it connects automatically. If you turn on my BT beforehand it gets complicated. And sometimes the music pauses while I am listening in my car, on my phone, or Google home device. I just love the Gospel rap. I wish every city could have you locally

App streams... most times...I do experience the bug where you need to start the main Z88 channel first before any of the stations will play - although not every time. Also the android app doesn't seem to display the currently playing song - at least as far as I can see. Disappointing as this is one way I find new songs to groups to buy from.

Love the station and listening options. BUT the app NEEDS work! Everytime my phone SCREEN turns off the sound suffers greatly, it sounds like static and slows until completely turning app off!! **Developers please PLEASE fix or I'll just have to delete app since it's basically useless unless I'm constantly tapping my screen to keep app on. I'm using Galaxy s8 on total wireless.

As a blind listener, I love the app, but the buttons are unlabeled, and I can't seem to get the streams started. I don’t even know what buttons to press while using the screen reader talk back. It reads the elements fine but I could use some help on what the buttons are. But other then that, a great app nonetheless.

I love what music is played, but there is so much being left out. I hate to think that anyone woukd tell me to change channel on long road trip due to hear same song over and over. Why so stuck in rut like worldy radio. The bands need all of their music shared. Even the ones i pause like skillet goin to hell with the devil. Just TOO MUCH hollering of his name for my tastes. But. Someone somewhere has been listening to that song and it saved them by telling them those words. So... I pause.

Great collection of Christian music radios. Especially I like The Rock HD playing awesome positive rock with the best selection I have yet heard in Christian rock. May God bless you! PS. Thanks for fixing the bug that caused the music to stop after a few minutes. Plays flawlessly now👌

I love the station but the app is real glitchy. For instance you cannot go into other windows if you do it'll start hesitating like it's skipping. It does the same thing if your screen goes black to save energy.

I love the idea of getting all the stations. Especially Gpraise in Kissimmee. However, it stops playing mid song until I open the app again. Not worth the agravation i looked for a change in settings but there are no settings.

I love the radio stations, but I hate the app. I've been using it for over a year and I keep hoping it improves but it doesn't. It's too choppy and cuts in and out. I'm on my home wifi and speedtest shows me at 250mbps.

There are different music options according to ones desires, but the music won't last but for a few minutes. I tried to donate, and "an error..." shows up. This app needs to be updated!

I love the variety of stations, but get frustrated having to restart the app to continue listening and frequently having to jump between stations in order to get it to start streaming.

As much as I love this radio station, the app stops playing music if my screen turns off or if I navigate way from the app. I generally do not use the app for these reasons.

This would be a 5 star all day if it doesn't cut out after 2 minutes of playing. Looks to be a big problem for years and doesn't seem they want to fix it. It's a shame, I really enough the music

I always listened to the app right before I went to sleep, it helped me relax. Unfortunately ever since the latest update, the app stopped working. Nothing plays when I open it.

Temporary solution to closing . If using Android 8.0 and above use Z 88.3 app in split screen with any other app and it will remain open even when the screen goes black.
