Last update: app is up and running again, perfectly. The previous rating does not apply. every click after the initial article loads infinitely... can't see any stock info below the top of the page. 5 stars before the update, 0 stars now as it is frustrating and not useable.

Useless app. Tried to generate a usernane and password from email sent. Changed password successfully. Tried to open app using password. Error , not valid password. Tried several times a new password, every time i try to open the app, it does not work. Given up, deleted.

Used to work really well, now I can't open anything! If I try it just loads forever. This isn't even new, and has been going on for months. This is unacceptable. Having issues is one thing, ignoring them is just unprofessional. I spent thousands buying the lifetime membership.

Found the app to frequently hang and not load chart's. When looking to purchase pro service I was hit with FREE trial offers and other sales BS rather than just giving me the price of upgrading. This kind of shady sales practice always gets the warning bells ringing!

App is non-functional. I pay A LOT for Zack's services, and to have an app that doesn't even work is embarrassing. I've tried re-installing with no luck. Just a constant loading wheel upon opening the app.

This app is not working on "Z Fold 3". It always shows loading symbol as soon as you go to dashboard and loading symbole remain there and you can't do anything. You have to exit the app as you can't do anything.

Constantly crashes, re installed and now it's worse. I'm doing a trial of the premium service and this does not bode well for me paying for it. FIX IT!

Stopped working. Second time after update....about 6 month apart. Just shows forever turning wheel. Disturbing is the fact that I got paid account with this Zack thing. Also coverage of the market actions is biased and trying to get positive spin to current administration even when it is extremely clear that current politics destroying economy. As market crashes Mike and team keep latching on some miniscule positives and spinning them all obe by one daily as a positive big deal

Recent update makes the app not even work. Loads main screen but refuses to anything beyond that. Just keeps trying to load

The app is horrible. After using for a few minutes, it requires to restart program in order for it to work correctly. Not great.

This is only abt. the app and not concerning the content. The app is lousy programmed, never got any improvement and is hanging regularly.

Poor layout (nothing changed since my last review an year ago). Misleading ratings. They say sell, under sell there is not even one point... What I learned from this App is to trust my own view and ignore their rating scale. Often they are really wrong...

Sorry to be this clear but this app needs to be updated so that it does not break when you're accessing the premium or services tab best regards

Loading screen won't go away. I'd love to use the app more but searching a ticker crashes the app.

Useful, easy to use, but has a tendency to hang, requiring closing and restarting the ap. Would be nice to be able to sort portfolios and display VGM information in the lists. Old review above. Changing from 3 stars to 1. The app has grown less stable and constantly locks up. Is basically useless. Please fix it.

Well, one, really easy to fix, annoyance is that it always brings you back to the unnecessary login page, without needing to log in, where you have to click "go to dashboard" every. single. time. You switch back to that app. Why? Just load the dashboard, or even better, bring you back to the same page you were in before you switched apps.

The research is awesome but the app... not so much. It's clunky, slow, difficult to navigate. It's got a very old school looking UI/UX. The developers should look at Yahoo finance app for pointers. The website, although it's UI is also quite antiquated, is much better. The research is undeniably fantastic, which is why I gave this 4 stars. The research is the meat and potatoes here, but I just wish the technology was up to par...

This app has way too many bugs and the interface doesn't fit well in phones. It often ask you to log in and gives you an error that information isn't correct. There is also an error when typing in the search bar you will often be greeted with a lovely white screen.and the interface doesn't fit well. The interface is horrible, most words are cut off or information is blocked because half of the info is under other parts of the interface. I'd recommend using the website over the app.

I have long wished I could trust Zacks well enough to upgrade. But in the few years I've had the app and been receiving email alerts, they are STILL incapable of fixing the errors. Firstly, when I want to remove a stock from a portfolio, it is always unticked. I must therefore add it for a second time in order to remove it and, even then, it doesn't always delete. Secondly, the app frequently forgets my login and won't grant me access. If the free service is so faulty then I can't use paid.

After login, the Home page loads fine. Then after clicking on just about any of the options- buttons on toolbar, articles etc the load spinner appears and the pages never load. I have to close it down and open again but still cannot get past the Home screen. This started to happen in circa May of this year. Previous to May I used the app with no issues. ZACKS, can you fix before I cancel my subscription?

had to uninstall because the pages would not load. the app would open but then every time I would look up a stock it would freeze at the loading screen and never stop "loading." this was extremely annoying so I ended up uninstalling. based on recent reviews, this has not been resolved. too bad because, back when the app actually worked, I quite enjoyed it.

Widely informative but often confusing because there isn't information on the function of each menu heading. Also the notification news take one to a browser rather than the app. In addition one cannot save for later viewing articles one likes. And finally I think the suggestion stocks still need individual close scrutiny and gut feeling to be able to achieve one's objective but regardless the suggestions save a whole lot of time and research.

I'll start by saying i love this app, and routinely use it to research stocks. As many others have said the app loads but clicking anything will result in the "loading wheel" spinning around forever. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue persists. It makes the app unusable since you can't look at at anything.

Interface is terrible, no use from Premium features, you get automatically billed (one lump sum for the whole year) when free trial ends, and the only way to cancel it is to call them. Don't waste your time. Anything on this app/website you can find online for free.

Easy access to useful data, for free! Great service, especially having quick access to the ranks. Data clearly displayed and I like the bottom tabs to sort through everything. The various portfolio lists being so easily switched between really helps me organise my various watch lists. Only wish there was a widget with the app so I could see my lists without having to log in.
