Remote control that is included have more options than this app. Cleaning history do not get saved. So far good for changing robots name. Voice on/off option do not work. Edit: I do have A9S model. Voice on/off button in app unresponsive. Volume settings are not accessable.

Im writing this review expecting to get a response! I downloaded the app, everything went fine, I connected my device with my new Vacuum "Zaco V5x Pro"; I can start the Vacuum from the app i can send it back to charge I can set the time for the daily automatic cleaning but I can't visualise on the app where my Vacuum is for how long it cleaned and how big was the area that is been cleaned, I still didn't try the washing program with water and for this reason I don't wanna give a feedback

I have the zaco v5x and I can do all the basic functions like starting, sending to charge and stuff but it won't show me the visual of the room or the time and area cleaned like advertised in the app. Ist this a problem with my vacuum or the app?

Besides charging the water mode, the app is not useful, it was more expensive than the previous version because of the app but there is no difference between V5x with or without app. It wasn't written anywhere in the description. Will the app be updated, will it provide any other functionality in the future for this model?

It will be nice to provide information what robots supported in description of this app, to check if I need to download it. I have V5s, and it is not supported.

I'm doing everything per instructions and it is still giving me a timeout message when trying to pair my a9s
