Text message function suddenly stopped working. They have worked for about a month with no problems and now suddenly nothing comes through. Update: Ok apparently the system has been changed and that is why the texts no longer work and we have to set up something called PBX. They are being very helpful and I think we are getting there. I am told that texts are not guaranteed unless you have PBX and the changes they have made to the system were what made the texts stop coming through and it was pure coincidence that a load came through after I raised a ticket to look at the problem. Still trying to figure out how it works...something about different SIPS and extensions??

It works,when it works. Sometimes it doesn't ring with all notifications turned on, just a message after the app decides to off-hook. Sometimes you see green light in app and offline status on the account web page. Usefull aproach is to just force shutdown and reinstall the app. Support is good at chatting. Hardly can read beyond two posts. Believes that customer is always wrong. The sms may work only as sms to text, email or viber, etc. Do not expect miracles. No ads at all!

I am a software developer I don't think I would have been able to install this app if I wasn't. It is not intuitive your username and password are system generated. After you create an account you have to go into settings to retrieve your login credentials. You also need to go into settings for your caller ID's display the zadarma number. It only displays the zadarama for outgoing voice calls for text messages it displays an 844 number

Very bad and not reliable. If one calls me it shows busy all the time or i can't take calls as i cant hear the caller over wifi and mobile data

Suddenly stoped working on Android 12. Tried to reinstall and clean cash, nothing helps. It just randomly crashes after opening. Zadarma support didn't help. Besides that, the web interface is fairly ok but the app is buggy and sometimes the call quality drops even though I have 5G.

The app works erratically. 50% of the time the app does what is supposed to, and the other 50% the app presents multiple bugs related to placing and receiving calls. The major bug is when I receive a call, after answering, the ring tone continues through the headset.

1. After some time of not using the app, when I'm opening app he start calling by previous number. 2. My phone is ringing, I see that someone is calling me. But I can't pick up a phone.app just doesn't work this way. 3. The same problem with car Bluetooth can't pick up a phone.

App does what it supposed to do. The only issue I have is: if I have SIP client running on my desktop computer - then my Android phone doesn't ring for incoming calls. Would be nice, if it would ring on both devices.

Terrible app and service. SMS does NOT work! It's one way only and you can't reply to the SMS. They force you to pay before you can test this to find out!! Save your money. Updated in response: Making customers commit to 3 months just 'to see if it works' is very poor. Info is NOT easily found on the website.

When I try to call, it's always telling "Your destination is blocked for this number . You can enable in my profile settings" But I searched everywhere, I couldn't find it all I couldn't make a call. Really frustrating.

NOT WORKING!!! This app never worked. I tried testing outgoing calls and never got connected even once. Also, a person from canda tried calling the virtual number but also did not even connect. Always says service is not available or unreachable. All settings were set correctly and double checked. Nothing works! Just a waste of money! All you guys TRUST my review. Dont waste time and money on this app like i did!. Also, a company client tried reaching out to my for business, still not working!

Cannot make any outbound calls from the app or on the web. I also do not receive any calls to my number even though I have call forwarding set to my number. Useless. UPDATE: I reached out to support and they closed my ticket without responding to my issue. If I could give a negative review, I would.

When incoming SMS messages have a URL link, it's impossible to click on the link. Long press on message only gives the option to delete, no ability to copy the message and/or forward it elsewhere, where it might be clickable.

Very satisfied with a service. But logo... With Z, it's not good in this time...

This app is really amazing! Sending and receiving messages has become easier with Zadarma, even though we had to go through ID verification. I would highly recommend this app to people who are looking for different ways to deal with their clients.

Very low quality verification team . Pissed off

Maybe I am too stupid to use it. But I could not even top-up my balance because I confirmed my phone number via smartphone, I could not confirm the same number via web interface where is the only place I can top up the account.... Well I was willing to pay and connect my team...couldn't make it guys, your system is too clever for me.

It seems a scam. They took the money and I had been waiting for a week to get the number activated. Support instead of helping requested my physical address, and let me know is a requierement in the bottom of the webpage, even when nothing stop you or request to provide the information before hand. So far, I had not receivef the service they promessed. I don't recommend it at all.

Worst experience. Sent documents for verification multiple times, nothing, they just keep sending the same message. Avoid this platform !!

Help can't recieve and send sms and calls. I'll. Update the the ratings after I 've gotten help. UPDATE. YOUR SUPPORT TEAM IS NOT HELPFUL. YOU DON'T MENTION THAT WE ARE SUPPOSED TO UPLOAD OUR IDs NO PROBLEM THERE.... I CAN'T GET WHATSAPP VERIFICATION USING THE NUMBER I BOUGHT FROM YOU BUT WHEN USING ANOTHER NUMBER IT I RECIEVE THE VERIFICATION MESSAGE AND CALL WITHOUT A PROBLEM SO TELLING ME TO CONTACT WHATSAPP THE PROBLEM IS ON THEIR SIDE IS A LIE.

Used it occasionally for international calls. At some point calls became blocked, documents verification required. Verification is stricter than n26 bank has. Seriously? Just to make a call? Return my 5$ deposit!

Guys, you're being a bit dishonest. There is no indication of us having to buy AT LEAST 3 months of service to be able to receive sms. Come on! I already paid the 3 months and it works but you should WARN customers that they won't receive sms if they don't pay 3 months. Come on this is not honest.

App is ok and easy to set up. However when opened it affects my phone alarm ringtone and doesn't have call transfer feature.
