I tried registering and adding my password. Which had all the characters that were required. But it kept blocking my responses. So I tried a other password doubling down on everything it was asking. And it still didn't want to work. So I skipped the registering. And went to the app as a guest. And it kept freezing up. I immediately Uninstaller the app. My friends all had similar problems as well. To bad because they have great clothes. But so do tons of other stores as well.

Very bad Clothing App. Matter of fact one of the worst i have ever shopped at. The clothes are of bad quality which is why they are so cheap. But the worst is their return policy, instead of letting you return it they make you do so many steps that returning something is basically impossible. 0/10 would not recommend anybody except my biggest enemies to buy something due to its policies and clickbaity items.

The app is very user friendly with a ton of feature, loading speeds and navigations are good, but the offers for guys is limited. But one thing I would like them to fix is the false indicators example on the homepage 8t show I have to notifications but when I open the notifications it's empty same goes for the coupons.

It's been great experience with Zaful, I ordered a hoodie, at the time many discounts were active so I practically cut around 30% of the price, delivery to Ukraine was super fast, just in around 2 weeks after I clicked buy button. Overall, cool non - standard drip for almost no money, one - of - its - kind shop what can I say.

Best app for shopping at home. The most brilliant clothing appz with the most varied clothes, with graphics and odes that you can't miss, but most importantly, an app where you can find the most unique clothes at affordable prices.

The quality of the clothes is fanominal. My high expectations are always reached. I have never been let down by the quality of my purchases. What I have been disappointed by has to be the sizing of the clothes most especially trousers. They are not plus size friendly because you find a scenario where you buy a L but in reality when you receive it it's comparable with a M or S. Aside from that there's nothing really to complain about. High prizes for high quality. I love the app and the fashion

I had a great time shopping on ZAFUL. The clothing is good quality, and it has variety of styles that I personally like which I couldn't find here around my area. The prices and deals are also great. If anything, the support center is top notch for helping and finding solutions for their customers as soon as possible.

Zaful is a great clothing app and has really nice clothing but before i signed up, i had some stuff in my cart which reseted and they were all in my recently viewed but when I try to open a clothing piece in my recently viewed, it doesnt work so its basically there for showcase. Also they cannot deliver some clothing to my country. Please fix these problems but other than that its a good app.

The jacket I bought from here is so cute! I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered it but I really liked it on the site and I absolutely love it! I wear it a lot! It's super comfy and super fashionable! True to size and fits well too. Highly recommend :) The app is super easy to use also!

I think the app is quite okay and simple to maneuver. I think the name of the app on the App Store can be quite confusing as it seems like a game story app or something similar. Maybe a simple Zaful or Zaful Shop is okay instead of ZAFUL - My Fashion Story. I was confused if it was the actual shopping app until I downloaded it. With the app itself, I really like the feature where you can search a photo instead of the name.

So easy to use! I have been using the Zaful app for years now, it's very intuitive and easy to navigate. What i really like is that help is readily available when there is an issue with your order, zaful are very responsive.

Hello! I will be honest in my review. The items always arrived pretty fast, in less than a month, sometimes even in less than two weeks. The items were good quality or at least what I expected. I need to mention that sometimes, only happened twice for me, the items would have loose threats so I would need to add a few stitches. No big deal. The items I ordered always looked like the pictures from the website. I appreciate they have clothes for all shapes, sizes and tastes and their search filter

The app for 1 hardly works when trying to pay using PayPal, when you try to leave a bad review for utterly disappointing clothes it refreshes to give it a 5 star review by default which is disgusting. The actual clothes (for men) were just disappointing beyond belief especially for the price, I could have gone to primark and gotten far better for way way cheaper. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Nice and cute designs. Comfortable to wear. I specifically like the accessories, they have unique designs.

I would buy more but the shipping costs are too high should be the same price for any amount of things ordered on the same day

Before all those other online shop Zaful was the very first one who started online fashion shopping. They are trustworthy when it comes to quality product yet stylish and comfortable a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.😊

Love that they sent my stuff to a different state and then pretty much shut the app down, i have access to nothing, cant look at anything, i lost $30 on a sweater i was so excited about and they're refusing my refund, now i just cant access my account anymore

I ordered two shirts, I have no idea where they are it's been a month. But after this bad service and experience, I am deleting this app.

You don't get what you see in pictures. It's a total scam. You get what you paid for. Low-quality Chinese-made apparel. If this was in Europe, it would be considered advertisement fraud.

I normally shop on my laptop because I like having a bigger screen but this app works pretty well. Its more convenient then opening a up my browser on my phone and typing in the website. The app makes it a quicker process. I also like the bonus discount I get
