Zagat

I've been using a Zagat app since it was paid. I can't believe how bad it is now. Why is the mapping function so broken? You are also Google Maps for G-d sake! It use to be geared toward New York City and our hundred neighborhoods and high expectations, now it is 1-5 and you can't move the map around. Forget this, your competitors have better options.

Used to love the ability to create lists. Please bring back a way to mark favorites or places to try. Will rate higher if you do.

It was the best restaurant search app before the redesign. Now it is just terrible. Few days ago it even stopped launching at all so I'm uninstalling the app without regrets.

Very clunky user experience. Buttons are unresponsive. Frustrating experience.

This app shuts down Everytime I choose a different city. I'm in Houston and it's not working if I change from Kansas to Houston.

Couldn't navigate the app. The map want working. I'd rather use the physical guide.

Not sure what happened to this app but it's just has gone downhill for awhile... I tried to hang in there but I'm going to uninstall now.

Search filters have been improved slightly and GPS search nearby finally implemented, but there is still no distance search and the map control is completely unusable. Has a single developer on the team even tested it? Its absurd that Google owns Zagat and this app is so bad. This level of quality is lower than what an intern could produce in a day. Single touch should pan and two fingers should zoom just like every other mobile map control.

Terrible since the last update. Can't use the map anywhere, and it is useless.

Dear Zagat, I loved your app so much until this latest update. Your update is a disaster. Please rollback to the version which at least I could use map to search. Thank you.

Changed rating system no longer relavant

I like most of Google apps, this one should not be available for download! edit: tried again after a long time. Google-really?!

Not surprised since google has repeatedly updated its own platform last to update the iOS version. The app mentions a update coming but my iPhone doesn't need to wait. The new version is better and makes the older version on Android look like a bad joke..

Does not work. In downtown New York on WiFi. No restaurants and listed. Not a single one. No errors, but does not display any data. Waste of time I can see 2 restaurants with ratings in the windows, but the app shows nothing.

The app does not show any African American restaurants or.. diverse restaurants in in the southern sector of Dallas or South Dallas

Misspelled Cincinnati and have Cleveland listed twice under details. Also, Zagat was once the go-to for dining information.... unfortunate that no one has an eye for detail anymore. "People go to the fridge when they are hungry, they go out to dinner to celebrate life."
