I think the app need to be reingineered flooded with products adds,not clear and hard to get to what I wants. Guies you need to put your shelf as a consumer who wants to see a clear nice screen of his services not as a marketing rep Wants to sell more products. comparing your app to other competitors i find it terrible. I think you should benchmark your app with others ie Batelco where they have good nice looking clear navigating app but suffering bad coverage whereas you suffer the opposite.

Very very upset on network at Bahrain. Very low network while traveling. Call drop, reconnecting again and again

The app is easy to use for normal stuff like paying the bills etc.. however there are some confusions in the app between hot offers , products and eshop tabs... Each tab has diffrent items and some items stated in both and some in all.. if there is a reason for this.. well it is complicated.. as a customer it will be convenient for me to come and find everything in one place.. furthermore the products tab has some old offers which are updated and cant be found in the eshop.. This app has got serious issues. It shows me different data package usages everytime I open the app including the ones that I have never subscribed. I have to keep reopening the app to get the correct ones. Who designed this bullcrap ? I really can't get understand how could it be wrong everytime.

Terrible experience, can't even manage different numbers. How stupid is this! And when I try to manage my numbers and add them manually, it gives an unauthorized error. The app should automatically show all my numbers/contracts in a clear way and let me manage them and see details in a seamless manner. This useless waste of time doesn't even let me see the remaining allowance on my fiber. I hope they fix it soon

Great! Now we have to watch an ad when we open the app. We love ads. In fact, the only reason to install the app is to watch the ads, remove the skip button nobody will want to ignore your latest offerings.

hi this app not opens in note 20ultra. it gives mesg that ," sorry you can't use this app,as we have detected that it is not installed from a verified installer.". I have tried to download from Google playstore. Trust this feedback is attended. Anyways I uninstall the app n restarted it. now it works.

Dear I would like to share my opinion, when we pay the postpaid bill Through this app there is detail very short, also we can not see the history of the paid bill. So my opinion is that kindly extend the message detail for paid bill receipt.

The application is very slow to load and use. Especially the notification sections are consuming lots of time to read messages. Please try to fix. Thanks

This app not working on my mobile 3 time delete this app and again install but not working

I don't know if I forgot my password or its just not working ! I tried to change my password by pressing on forgot my password but once I put my email or number it just says connection not available 😩 it's very exhausting at this point... dissapointed and slowly giving up !

Full of ads and spam, the app is clunky and slow To load even on a new phone, embarrassing since the app is of a Mobile network provider, it needs a full rebuild because it's actual rubbish

Attn. App developer ! This app demands to updade. Once click on updade, it goes to Play store. But there is no option for update. Options are for uninstall and open. And by both options I getting repeatation the same things again and again. Finally I am unable to open or update.

I think this app is not performing for the last few month. because I tried to recharge with your app, but always it gets failed, I’m getting proper OTP from the bank, when I enter OTP , it takes few minutes after that it showing error???. Now I’m using online zain Quick pay service. Please clear this issue at the earliest.

I have used the app, to pay my bill, at the end of the process, I have seen White plain page, and there was no information about the bill payment, although I have been waiting for long time to get the the results, without any results,

Won't work! It shows a message saying ( Sorry, you can't use this app as we detected that ABD is enabled) .. I uninstalled it and now when I tried to reinstall it, it won't even install!! Totally disappointing. :(

The app gives wrong info specially in the evening time like wrong balance ,validity, data available. When it comes to recharge, it doesn't show the payment options to choose sometimes.

This app isn't helpful at all. You need to develop an app that every phone can use and user friendly too not this type of app that you use then later you update then it will be telling you all kinds of ADB turned on. Your costumers may run away 😏

This app will not wirk unless you turn off the adb (usb debugging? From development tools in phone settings...also if you are connected to open wifi spots it will not work...useless application

Its not working properly, its stuck, its not showing how much data is left or if its finished. I uninstalled it and now im trying Open my acc. But Its rejecting my NUMBER for no reason Saying its invalid username or number.

You will not get offer that showed on this app. After you recharge they remove the offer tell that "there was no such offer and that's already finished yesterday if you have any doubt you can check the app again"

on online help chat, option for top up recharge asked, help executive suggested to use voice recharge option in my services. This tab is not available. No tab found for voice recharge.
