Bugs and integration issues. Extremely buggy and most payments would fail either an app bug or it's an integration issue with a 3rd party provider. The fundamental ingredient in a wallet is actually being a one not to mention a reliable one! So disappointment from such a household company.
Keeps crashing, even after fresh install, unreliable app. Showing me "Alert" message "cannot read property 'data' undefined" + Its says to update to the new version, but in the Google play store I'm already up to date??!! If it was a regular app i wouldn't mind, but i put my money in this service, Everytime you missup the app my business got stalled.
Unable to log in on the same mobile that i was able to login with. When you use there card on online purchase they'll charge twice which is weird . The site said it from your bank and it called authorisation charge. The customer service don't know anything . So the only chose i got is to pray this day 12 and no refund..I'm really disappointed 😔

The card just suddenly disappeared from my cards page, i didn't change or edit anything in the app
Why have the app if it's not going to work? Can't even make an account on this app, kept receiving an unknown error message, thus I can't review the other features. Disappointing.
bad, can be easily hacked, security difficulties without results
After last update i keep getting this error when doing any transaction "rjct customer not found" why is this happening? how can it be fixed?
I tried on two multiple occasions, the first time it wouldn't make me do the wallet where i put all my info and then loading to error and I tried it 7 times. Now I'm trying it again 3 weeks later and again with the wallet issue but now everytime I try to capture the ID the app would turn off and restart on its own
The basic idea of the mobile wallet is good, linking your wallet with Master card is amazing. But as a company your prices are very high, prepaid mobile recharge and stores e-cards are more expensive compared to the other competitors. And its unreasonable your fees on the internet shopping which is (2.3%-3.5%)+(more than 1%) and limiting it with 15 transactions! As a result of my experience, I will uninstall this app. And I would like to encourage you to stop being so greedy. Thank you.
The app stopped working all of a sudden. It keeps getting stuck at the opening screen. Awesome job Zain Cash team.
Doesn't work, once you exit the app first time after setting it up, it stops working and just freezes at the splash screen, only way to use it again is to clear data or uninstall and reinstall, and talk about all the extra steps and time wasted. Not recommended.

It was great at first but now its the worst! It has so many bugs. Efawaterkum doesn't work most of the times in the app and worst of all is when it logs me out and doesn't sign in again due to "Cannot read property 'data'" What's the point of having an e-wallet if i cant use it anytime i need it.
It's a useless application for multiple reasons and mostly due to the fact that recharging your line on the app would cost more than the web. And the fact that the price of the recharge doesn't show on the application is either a cheap move in order to get people to transfer more money on the app, or that they missed it out which is completely unprofessional. I thought that the subscription was for 7.8 JOD just as stated on the website. But apparently it's 8.5 JOD on the application. Horrible
was navigating thru the app and gave me random error and said that it needs to restart, but the worst thing is that i keep trying to press on the digital cards section on the main page but it just shows a loading circle on the window and then... thats it, nothing happens, all other sections are the same.
Since the update I've received in the 25th, This app stopped working completely, it displays the error message (Unsupported device: this application is restricted from running on a rooted device), the twist is my phone isn't rooted, I have other apps that doesn't support root and it runs just fine, I contacted you on Facebook but that was most unhelpful, they kept telling me to fix my phone, my phone is fine everything works except this app, and it happened when I needed it the most.
Bad experience In mobile the app dose not start and giving error after installing it I went to zain shop in sweleh to open wallet . The lady after long time of waiting she refused to open for me a wallet cause it's not her priority now In messenger did not get result with this problem and no one picking up the phone. I do not know how and where to get proper service. I would like to confirm that I faced excellent service from the same lady after visiting the same branch twice later And I would to thank her for the support she offered
Unfortunately, very bad experience so far. The app is unusable, basically because you have to wait ages till your account is reviewed (4 days so far and counting) - while the app says less than 24 hours!!! Called 1444, and they said you have to wait, or visit a branch to get your wallet ready. Visit a branch under this lockdown!!! While a wallet from another provider (my wife's wallet) was usable within 5 mins after completing the registeration.
App stopped working and keeps asking for internet connection.

The last long interrupt in service starting 26 Dec 2021 is totally unacceptable and caused a lot of damage to so many people!!!

Won't sign in!! After installing, I get to the login screen and enter my phone number (the one I've had for 16 years!!), only to get a long pause and a pop-up saying "Alert. Unknown" .. WTAF? I've already been sent a pin code from Zain, but can't get to the screen to use it.
The method of updating the information is very bad and does not respond. Each step must be repeated more than 12 times so that you can go to the second step and in the end it was rejected without reason.
