Does not accept any payment method, I tried two credit cards that I use everyday and it declined both of them with an error message that does not further elaborate on why it was declined. Useless app and a useless service.
so bad , Case will be clear after quit from support chat , Data and balance Does not work when u make u device hotspot or Usb tethering connection , and more problems with ui's menu's so bad try
Limited features (compared to similar apps provided by some other carriers in the region). Doesn't support dual SIM devices.
I can't login to my account for some reason, and when I use the chat feature for help, they only ask a few questions then disappear, very bad service.
Its not working !! trying to open the app. unsucessfuly with a reply messege "can not connect now please try later " !!!

Terrible company... they are thiefs and unreliable... every now and then they steal most of the balance in your account without you noticing by many ways like spam calls, spam messages and spam subscriptions without giving them permission
Dear admin When I use the app in galaxy note 10+ and press the setting icon the app was force stop !! How can I fix this issue??
It is not working.. it asks for update and there is no update available... only god knows what is going on behind this freeze of services
Worst internet provider in the world, very expensive and slow internet with uploading speed less than 300KB/s, plus very expensive SMS service.

This app is stupid and it says my device is rooted and it's not, it has a custom rom only which is stupidity from side to stop it to run.

Unfortunately the app doesn't work at all. I tried to use the same username and password that I created on the website but it keeps giving me an error message. Finally, I gave up and tried to create a new account on the app but then I wasn't able to activate it because when ever I put the confirmation code that I receive from Zain as a text message, I get an error message as well!!!
