Not good at all. Data consumed at an alarming rate, details on bundle from 2021, poor customer service and no matter how much they say we want to help no one is doing anything about the fact that I have been complaining that this app is broken in so many different ways. Last update didn't even do anything and issues are still very much present.

It's really clear that zain is misleading in so many ways and profiteering.. We all complaining about the unreal internet bundle info that not even shows in your app !! But somehow it can show the very old internet bundle from several months ago. the new bundle always consomed very quickly even if we turn the mobile data off and used wifi !!! My mobile is Xiaomi poco x3 pro . Seriously when will you start thinking and acting far from greedy!

Full balance was deducted without using the phone , and when I called the customer service center they told me that the deduction was due to ads subscriptions which I didn't ask for nor did I subscribe in, and when I told them to give me back the deducted balance they refused, I think this is a new approach for zain jo to steal customers money.

The application must shows the paid invoices instantaneously. The 4G internet invoice for this month (November) is paid 3 days ago, but the application shows that it is not paid yet. Another problem appears in the application. When try to review My Bills and press on PDF Icon to view the Invoice. It gives me below message: Something went wrong... Try again later.

The service is poor besides It's unprofessional when you change the disconnection of the PRE-PAID subscriptions' policy during the second wave of the pandemic. And you chose to notify the customers about it via a message the day of the disconnection. Adding to that, the type of the subscription- especially turbo- can't be changed plus the fees are extremely expensive and no matter how much you try to call them to change it to a cheeper way they say it's impossible to do so.

Very bad application, most of the times yot cannot access it, some times it hangs up, some other times it does not respond, you can not save preferred list. Previous version is much better. Very hard and comlicated recharging the line. Stupid application.

In case you have more than one line then using this update is a nightmare. Navigation inside the application is complicated and icons suits a TV screen not a mobile app. User only needs to get line information quick and easy and to be able to settle dues in one click.

very disorienting. I wanted to activate roaming travel services and i couldn't. I just got lost in a big maze of random menus. there are also two different menu systems in the same app. also, sometimes when you click to know more about a service it spams your sms with messages from zain

The new data privact statement is ridiculous. A lot of the information you are collecting and sharing with 3rd parties is unnecessary including storage, camera, scrolls and taps??! and above all that you are making the user responsible for the data collected. I deleted the app right away since i cannot use it anymore unless I agree to these ridiculous terms. Its not even that user-friendly.

Oh how I miss the days when this was FastLink, at least they lived up to their name! I have a supscribtion for 2 years on their 4g internet, and they brought me to the time when my dad used to connect using the landline, it's slow, lagging and downright ridiculous, merci la Allah this subscription ends this month. My mobile data miraculously expires, without using them! If I want to recharge an extra bundle I can't use it until I have used up the original GBs, anyway, you guys are a disgrace.

The application doesn't show the correct internet data balance and the additional ... I was shocked from that..... When I received sms show that I have consumed my data and in the app still show I have alot.... Why!!!!! This propleam must be fixed..! I like the outline and the new design but still need to be improved

Its useful as dashboard but not a lot of functions. I bet this app can be more useful such as paying electric bills, phone bills and etc. It will be pinnacle of technology. Sad to see the waste.

Very high subscription fees. The subscription ends within 28 days not a whole month. Dialing numbers or receiving calls are prohibited after 24 hours of monthly subscription ends. Bad customer service. When calling the customer service number you get charged it's not free.

This App is very stupid, I got bad customer experience ,I'm tried to follow up my previous ticket but I can't, then I'm tried to send new ticket throughout Zain App but I can't also, then after along journey I have the luck to reach the contact center agent after 30 minutes waiting on hold, the silly & funny thing that I found my previous ticket has not been registered at all !!!!bad service ,I don't know if this is the customer experience level where Zain is looking to deliver....

I've bought a smart phone from zain store , & when you delivered it to me the color was totally different, when I complained, the sales called me & told me it's your only option to take the wrong device ,not only that after using the device it turned out there's a malfunction in it & exit any applications with no reason,I hardly can post or do anything without getting interrupted, &I can't complain again because you'll do nothing to me! I'm just reporting this so you could plz avoid it n future

Very bad internet service , reception falls off sometimes with no apparent reason, internet just stops working even thu I still have so many gbs , high fees and disconnects the line immadiately when the subscription is due Edit: uninstalling, the service is getting worse by time the internet is soooo bad !!
