The international calls are very inconvenient. Very hard to proceed with plus the call receiving side complaints about different (local) phone numbers. I highly recommend to update your unprofessional system and / or don't charge money for a bad service!
App is little bit boring not working to read load no option to update also. Difficult to recharge.

I have been trying reactivate my acct and every time I go to do the payment it only says thank you, we have received your request and nothing happens I even went to the store and it didn't want to take my payment. It is very frustrating.
Terabel App, can't show all my mobile numbers in the application like Ooredoo dose, contacted the Airport office ,they said they will call me back, they did call, but wanted me to come to the main office and sign some papers to get it done. I removed the App. Now traying to reinstall it, but it won't install. Very disappointed.
The app does not show correct information with samsung z fold 2. It shows my data plan is unlimited and my free voice minutes are unlimited when they are in fact limited. Edit: I've sent the email as you requested and it has been about a month without any reply or call back.

Very bad plan, before I had 300 GB for 4 kd, I used more than 3 years by mistake I selected 5 KD plan, now monthly paying more than 10 kd, customer service no response, how my plan changed ? I am not aware, may be by mistake I clicked 5 KD plan, good bye, I don't want to continue your service.
It's not easy to login,, it's not respond of email login, only username and password can access to login. sometimes username couldn't remember, my suggestion is Email or OTP login more convenient. Please make easy login in next update.
I have never used such a bad network in my life .. Please do not be fooled by its connection. Even small quality videos are buffered. Zain's network is completely useless.

credit transfer showing "credit transfer service unavailable". its happening from so long, complaint done multiple times but no one bother to resolve it. worst customer service. just pay them and don't ask for any service.
Services do not work most of the time. Customer service is not available. When customer service answers, they are lazy and do not fully understand my request. I am not able to change my plan, and when I want to stop my plan renewing, it renews anyway.
It is good but it is not as simple as othe application. The worst thing is that, it does not accept the visa net (visa electron) for payment. I hope that they can add this option for payment.
Unfortunately, The paying for all numbers feature, which worked fine with the old app, doesnt work with this one at all. I am forced to pay for each number/line individualy!
The app looks good but the font scaling in the app is not present. I use a large font for my phone settings and the app does not accommodate the size of the font so some menus are not displayed correctly
I tried to check my bill in zain app it has bug too much pop-ups in these app by mistake I press pop-up my bill amount is by 2 kd more now I have to pay 8 kd per month and one thing you should develop some unwanted charges cancellation options. Thankyou.
Great UI but what os the point if we cannot use the features in the app!?! The ability to get extra GB on the app for a certain number does not work.
Very bad application specially after last update only sowing the data for the conneted line not all lines under my name like before. 07 Dec. 2020 Now it is ok after last update, it is little bit difficult to add a new no. Because it is manually but it works now.
In the latest update the App does look good, however, after the sign in it does not show my numbers and asks to sign in again. Basically infinite loop of signing in.
The app does not let you sign up or sign in as a guest. Tried a few times by uninstalling it and installing the app. Hope they fix the issuses
The old version was good New updates are not working properly Also no option to transfer from one number to other number Now make it difficult When we own a number then why we need Gmail accounts and this and that Once we enter the number it's should automatically bring our data that been registered while purchasing it So bad
Previously I was able to top up data...though the option is showing up when I press it showing loading but never loads. Not user friendly apps
Amazing App! So many functionalities. Every now and then a new feature is added and it's super interesting. Can't wait to see more and more updates.
Poor Quality of 4G and 3G in subhan east side . I complained to helpline approx last 2 year before .He Officer said that you will have to come personally with application ...plz resolve this problem.and install new booster....most of people mood to change this network. Thanks
App not working and not showing any balance details and when opened app it shows "External service down".Zain please advice to rectify the issue. Thank you
I just recharged 5 KD to renew my prepaid bundle, which was set to automatic renewal, instead some international add-on _that I bought more than a month ago and expired more than a week ago_ got renewed automatically, so I just clicked the button to disable it, and there you go, the 60-minute international bundle valid for a month disappeared, i.e., it's not there anymore. The bundle needs another 5 KD to renew, and customer care said nothing could be done. Now, dumping this SIM! TRAP ZAIN APP!!
