Where the hell is the option to pay the bill??? I have a prepaid bundle added to my postpaid line and this thing is driving me crazy... i dont want to recharge my line because it wverytime disconnects my line when the bill is due... what the hell!!!
What the hill this app. I have post paid. I don't know how to pay. The bill.. Not other before is verry easy to pay pls return the previous apps. This not good.
With new updates it's easy to look at the packages, and the auto balance refilling option is awesome.
The option to aelect the year and month when recharging with a card has some bugs I've tried countless times to enter 22 and it kept puting a 0 resulting in 02 with no way to fix it
Useless app. Doesn't allow for any kind of control over my monthly plan. Also provide limited info about my services.
This app just kept buffering and never opened no matter how many times I reinstalled it. I'm sorry but the app needs major improvement. It has extremely poor performance.
Just today I was shocked because of the updates, 5 to 6 times I'm trying to login but it always said under maintenance, even now it would log me in because it still under maintenance
Worst update. Where is the option to pay bills for hybrid line? It only shows option for balance recharge

I not getting any active packages information on my Application neither do i am getting the option to renew the pkg and also to cancel auto-renewal function. Kindly, Provide me the update which was working perfectly before.
I tried too many times to get in, but all trials failed. I'm not interested in but every few miutes get alarmed notification about it, I don't know what I should do
No Option for changing packagae after updated worst app in ksa.. no option for paid bills through Voucher.. No update about packgae about how much consumed..
It's very bad app. Without knowing they deducting riyals. Last month I lost 20 Riyal and this month also same, I lost again 20riyal. I don't know why these people deducting

Worst experience from there wifi.. I subscribe your on of plan home besic 5 G 100 mbps 24 months contract. currently I am getting speed less then 5 mbps.. I called customer care services they are saying its pending from the technician.. I send emails but they are saying the problem is fixed.. I don't where to contact now this is last place I my mind I know now your auto bot will say say " Dear Customer, Kindly contact us through private message and we will assist you accordingly."
Very very slow... Tech will never attend the calls.
Worst app I have ever used. Worst interface. Worst performance and much slow. Always stucks. Very limited options. Cellular companies have amazing apps for their users but can't believe that such a big company like zain has such kind of app. Overall its a garbage.
Worst application. 1. Adds show(that is unacceptable) 2. Sometimes it's slow running. 3. Design ( i think you should update this apps) 4. Poor features. 5. Company doesn't think about there product (maybe they don't want to spend some money)
Most of the people using pinky tunnel and getting unlimited data in just 20 rupees for whole month with fast internet .is it legal .becaus we buy any package of internet too expensives from the zain app ..1 million peoples is using unlimited data from mobily and zain in only 20 rupees .we kindly request to make the packages equal with the pinky tunnel
Sluggish app, unable to display any information after a whilep. Poor when compared to stc and mobile app. Zain should try and develop a better app.
The current update is bad, the previous update was good.
One of the worst international carrier. I won't be suggest to anyone. Zain seriously need to work on its entire system to provide services even in only saudi arabia. Zain stole the money/credit in the way of auto subscription, Even the package Unsubscribed but Zain deducted as regular charges. DISAPPOINTED

I can't login. It says you are not registered! And when I tried to register a new user it keeps buffering! This app is garbage.
Superb very fast access and easy
I don't normally review apps but by the grace of the almighty this is the most useless pile of data waste I have ever downloaded. App never functions as intended and you can barely navigate it without being hit a bug or two. 0 stars needs to be a thing and it is well deserved by this abomination.
