The app is stuck and not opening! It's been over 2 days now! Hope this gets fixed soon!
Fast delivery service. However, half of the ordered items were missing. Some items were a different brand than the ones I ordered and were more expensive. They should contact the customers to notify them of unavailable items prior to delivering.
Not ready for crisis time delivery (covid19). Its a shame that these guys pretend to have delivery during the quarantine times, but in reality, seems like they can't handle it at all. I have placed my order through their mobile app. Received a confirmation that it would be delivered within 24 hours. No one is answering phone calls or whats app messages. I understand that they might have been overloaded with orders, but I have no respect for a business that promises something, but can't deliver.
Great app very easy to use, the only features missing are adding more items after placing the order as you may forget something sometimes and also the ability to cancel the order in case you don't need it anymore.
I got 750 points and since 3 months abdoun branch refuses to redeem them saying that the app is in maintenance, your call center always not responding 👎👎unfortunately I will never come back again carrefour is way better and atleast their app is working

Bad application
The app is great but most of the time I can't redeem my points. The excuse always the app isn't working properly. So whenever I want to buy anything from the points I collected on my app I can't. I don't what is the issue but I guess it is just a scam by the shop owner
