Your app. Is not opening at all, please fix it ASAP
Stupid app that doesn't let me type in the full tracking number. Please explain how you launched an app that doesn't even accept the 12 digit tracking number? Please fire whoever is responsible for allowing such a ridiculous error to even see the light of day.

You can track the shipment from the site, but the app says "shipment not found"....useless
