in short, theres nothing to be solved. because this app has became a source of income for people who are jobless or dont have access to job or part time work. and people wouldn't pay hefty amount just to make friends as there are many alternate apps which are free. there's one option for improvement and that is the broadcaster could adjust the coin/min.

I have not been using this app since a long time my service provider is charging me 1000 rs already since past 4 months. I don't have a single file of Zak Zak pro on my phone want u to contact me immediately. And get the money refunded back atleast for 3 months. I have already paid the 2 monthly charges and I m liable to pay another 2 months now which doesn't make any sense to me as I have not used the app at all!!! I did check the subscription. I was just been reversed for one month

Please change the description as the app is not even close to be "free". Don't bother even downloading the app. It will not let you even message anyone untill you will pay them and buy their "coins". Everything there is cost coins no matter what. Very bad app that the whole point of it is to charge for everything and squeeze your pockets.

Very unreliable, after payment, there is not enough time to chat with ladies there, the link is down and prompt me to pay again. It is a scam, to rob funds from clients without effectively giving ample access to what they paid for.

this is good app where we don't need to like each other, but the issue with this app is they are charging lots of amount for video charge i mean 30 points for 1 min video call it means in 100 rs you can do video chat only for 5 mins, they are nor giving us any discount also, i will give 5 star if they decrease their prices for video call .

my experiance is not so good this app and Google also my terrible cc company didnt send any red flags someone other than me was using this app and charged nearly 4100 in In app purchases and now I'm getting the run around from google play and waiting to hear from. app developers

Hi. Your app is fraud. You should send some notifications from your app that the auto-renewal of vip membership is coming. You don't send me notification. I don't want that membership that's why I don't recharge it. So please cancel my membership and give my money back

The expenses of this app is almost out of reach for many of the users. Although the system and purpose of the app is good but the rate must be minimised. When I am paying 400 i must be given enough coins that I can talk at least for 2 hours.

Coins are too costly. If only the cost for the calls were less. Otherwise a very good app to hang with.

Worst app. They are using my wife's photo in you tube for their ad without our permission. I am taking it to the court. Don't belive them, they will use your photo also. I have taken screenshot of the ad in you tube.

cheap app ... take out tokens from wallet .. even no history about your token earn n spended. too many pop up coming on screen cant control them or make them hide. when i try to move the popup to upcorner on screen. the flowers sent to the user n taken tokens from urs wallet. worst app. no links to customer care or billing

it is one one worst apps ,u get cheated ,i subscribed to 799 plan and i got out of coins just in 5 minutes,one of the worst apps i have ever seen,so dont download it,i would have given it zero stars ,as u u cant post it until u give 1 star

The graphics of the app is good but is too rigid one can't send messages even free if one needs to charged it should be based on call not even message can be sent for free that's not cool enough

Really really worst than i imagined. You have to actually pay to send messages to people. For the video call, i accept to pay but for messages also. Common. I prefer facebook or omegle.

this is the worest app i have ever seen in my life ...this app people will deduct the money with knowing the person...they saved my card number and cvv monthly they taking money from my card...this is not at all good service ...they given mobile number in the to contact but that mobile is also not working.....waste of money and waste of time

After migration to India version i am not getting any notification..Every time I have to open the app to check the messages. No pic send option here.
