Zalando – Shopping & Fashion

I only had great experiences with them so far. Delivery is fast and the "pay after" option is wonderful. Still lacks a bit of choices for certain categories tho. But I like the fact that they don't use brand new boxes for the shoes ! That is a very great idea to re-use the boxes.

I like the app a lot cause it is easy to use and free returns with a shipping label included i great. You can find pretty much everything and they have great brands. If it's out of stock, they usually email you if you request it. I took away one star for the "used" clothes part cause the clothes are too expensive and almost never in "like new" condition. Also, you can't seem to scan your own items to sell at this time. I hope they will work on it bc it's such a great concept!

Overall great app that I use almost everytime I need to buy some clothing. It feels a bit slow sometimes when loading photos though, but not a big deal. As a product development suggestion, I would add the possibility to have different whishlists to avoid having a cluthered one with +50 products

The descriptions of the products are just lazily copied and totally misleading! "Our model is 187cm tall and is wearing size M" this is copied practically everywhere in men's section and is complete BS. I wear size M and I'm 176cm and it's not big enough sometimes.. oh and you copied text with spelling errors and many places in the app.. the descriptions are totally useless, which, in a fashion app where you buy clothes, is really bad..

Great app! I really like how they offer many payment options, optimize the payment flow in a way that is short but still informative and easy to follow (unlike for example amazon, which is qucik but also confusing) and overall great delivery, easy returns. Great job!

Would've given it a five star but something really confusing just happened to me and it's never happened before. So i tried to order a new pair of shoes but the product doesn't go into the shopping bag when i add it. It says that it's added but when i go in and check the shopping bag, it's not there. Then i tried it with different shoes and bandanas and stuff like that and it works. So what is going on, I'm so confused. The shoes were amazing but i can't buy them cuz they don't show up in my bag

It was my first time ordering from zalando, and i think it will also be the last. I havent received the product that i ordered. Fortunately the representative was nice. I'll be waiting for the refund for an agonizing 5 more days. I didnt know that using this app would be that difficult. So disappointed.

When you tap the back button on your phone while being in the navigation menu the whole app closes instead of going back to home. That bothered me for some time now. But other than that very nice and intuitive UI :)

Best app for shopping in my opinion, which is why I wish you had an option where we could make shopping lists😁🙄 Better than asos and others but please put this option though!!! 🙏 Also prices are not ok.. Like someone is playing with them. One minute shoes are on discount, the other they are even expensive 🙄🙄🙄😵

They are good but... I have used them before and have been happy with the service, but when I did a refund for a pair of shoes. I sent them in and was sent back and forth between zalando and a third party, and after two months I still haven't gotten my money back. So good overall just be careful about refunds then shopping with them.

The app is fine, shopping experience is smooth, no problems with returns, but the latest version won't let me order. It just throughs me back to shopping basket... have had this problem with my latest order for 3 days in a row 😞

I does what is supposed to do. It's an online shop of clothes. Sometimes the login is bugged and there is an unspecified error that prevent you to login. Tried to uninstall and reinstall again seems to fix it (but how?)

Very disappointed will not be purchasing again. Still waiting for a refund since December, but no luck. It has been impossible, there is no customer services contact number anymore. You just cannot get through. And yet they are stilling taking orders. Totally wrong of them. I would have expected some sort of communication from them. When and how i get back my money...Its not going to happen. Stay away.

The app is very easy to use. The one things that can be improved are the pictures of the items. Some of the products are presented without a model which can be very confusing. Nevertheless, I love Zalando for it's free return and dispatch and that there are always return formulas and you can just stick them on the box and return the product. It very helpful when you do not have a printer, and it's just simpler and faster.

Pretty good overall. On the down side: the translation in Latvian is, at times, pretty terrible (it's obviously machine translation). Also, it was not possible to unsubscribe from newsletters without uninstalling the app, because the redirect link opened in app's main page.

The list goes back up whenever an item is clicked. It's so frustrating and annoying. Totally kills the mood for shopping

Great app. Easy to use. Fast delivery. Very happy with the packaging it shows that some people there do care. I bought many times and I will keep using it. Kind of addicted lol

The only bad thing I noticed about Zalando is that they wouldn't notify you immediately when the item you've set an alert for is available, and when they do, it's already gone.

Cannot log-in in the app anymore while I can log-in via a web browser. Cleared cache and reinstalled the app but I still can't log-in.

Basically onr if the best e-commerce apps out here. Extremely easy to navigate.

Very nice app, but there are 2 or 3 things that could be better: 1) I'd like to be able to look at the other pictures without opening the item (like in the zalandolouge app) so they don't affect my recommendations 2) some things are really hard to find 3) the app closes very easily (one tap back too much and ur out) and when u go back in ur search parameters are gone

Haven't been able to checkout for the last few days. I've uninstalled, logged out, logged back in, checked my settings, profile and account info and still can't checkout. Got a full shopping cart but get an error message every time I try to buy. They musn't want my 💰. Given three stars because I've shopped with Zalando loads of times without any trouble.

I appreciate the idea but the desktop version is way better. Zalando itself is wonderful and easy to use.

Downloaded the app. Signed in. Tried to do my shopping. But its just not working. "sorry somethings wrong..." Tried three more times. Still not working. So its a shopping app which does not work for shopping (at the moment for me) lol. :)

Large choice of fashion items, good prices, many promotions and sales, fast delivery, reliable. The option to buy now and pay later os very convient if some items need ro be returned or changed.

The best online shopping venture, very respectful, punctual and really fair. I am really pleased by Zalando, their products are very qualitative and original at all.

A really good app which tells you straight away if an item is in stock or not... unlike many other fashion apps. Great fashion items at a reasonable price! Many thanks Zalando!

Good app and customer service but I feel like everytime I order it's like there is an auto button reading delay and I just get the back end of it, always delayed with the packages
