I absolutely love Zalora coz they offer a lot of discounts, authentic branded items, good customer support and convenient returns. What i don't like abt them is that they don't have options to cancel on the app and the shipping fee calculations, why do you have to separate items? I have 6 items in my cart and separated into 3 packages! Hence, a 199 sf for each package! Instead of saving, i have to pay 600 just for the delivery in one order. 😔😔😔
I really loved buying in Zalora, however, they really need to improve their filters. For example, you already selected a category and they will still not show the size filters. Also recently I experience Return and Exchange page being so buggy saying "server can't be reached". I've got an item with many runs that I wanted to return.
The app is easy to use, you can filter the items by category, color, price, etc. The past purchases are easy to find as well. Too bad that we couldn't click on the current/past purchased items to go to the product page. It'd make it a perfect 5 stars. [Add] The feature has been added. As promised, 5 stars!
Zalora people should take time and try their app without having any of their support team around. The user journey is just so bad and both item and shipping prices are unreasonably high. Then heed these reviews! It used to be simple with great offers.
Wishlist is still not fixed and it's been months now. They also do not adjust their delivery section, despite the item being so late than estimated delivery time. I had to follow-up twice to their customer service, to ask for an update because the app doesn't say anything.
Its been a week since I have a problem on zalora app. I can't open my wishlist. So i updated the app thinking maybe that is the problem but no. Still can't open it. I already talk to the customer service agent theu are nice but all they suggested to do I already did before i contracted them. They say use the mobile browser and yes the wishlist appears their but i prepared the app its more convenient. Hope to fox ur problem on ur app.
Good selections. But the search feature is not too helpful. When I go to a certain brand and then click search, results should be limited to the brand and not from all brands, filter is also not helpful. App is not too user friendly.
The app crashes from time to time. Currently, I cannot open the app using my oppo reno phone but I can open it on my ipad. It says server error, please check internet connection but I can surf the net as usual.
Zalora is employing incompetent people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOPPING APPLICATION AT ALL! Application is not user-friendly, customer service is incompetent and condescendent. Courier service is a liar. I had a problem with courier service not delivering the package because I did not cooperate with the call. No one called! I complaint to CS and they are nothing but condescending.
Tried multiple time to return and exchange size, system failure and was not able to proceed to the next step. Chat ith the operator, they told me ' keep trying to reinstall the app or clear cookie until u can', if not sorry i can't help u anything. Then she just went offline.
Products are all authentic. Hope the prices can be cheaper, bec even if you use the vouchers applicable, the price is still expensive. The vouchers are just for marketing ploy bec you are actually paying for the original price even after availing of the vouchers.
Buy a shirt,,then stated the supllier was mistaken about the price and want to cancelled the order..too bad,,and zalora took too long to refund the money back.. already nearly 2 weeks,, still no update..
Filter function is terrible. Especially when there are too many items. Furthermore, details of previous purchases are no longer avaible, so I can't use them as references for future purchase.
I cant return the items i ordered its damage and wrong color . Theres a returns and exchanges word and when you select it no forms appear to be filled out , i already update my apps and still not working i dont know why its annoying!
I find it ridiculous and body shaming that larger sizes get to be priced lower than the smaller size! Same color, same dress design, but cheaper if you're larger is baffling! Larger women take more clothe size than a size 2 so it's unfair. The brand is MANGO btw.
Previously I mentioned giftcard code cannot be used with promo codes because there is only 1 field to enter codes. Thanks to Zalora's advice, i can add the giftcard to zalora wallet, so I can still utilise promo codes. And, I used the wallet near midnight and while processing it, it expired. They gave me the credits back. Thanks alot! 5 stars for service. Any questions you have, you can clarify with them.
There's a problem with accessing the return/exchange option. I don't know if it's an android thing but I'm having trouble accessing it. It always say, "the server can't be reached" despite having good internet connection.
UNFRIENDLY. Not a great shopping experience. Time waster when searching - if app closes, you have to start adjusting the filter from the very beginning. If you check out a product and return to your search, you have to start from the top again. Wishlist also loads only half of the items you want to buy and glitches. Then again, your app is tonnes easier to use than your browser website, so thank you!
Great app. All authentic products and with great discounts. Cons is that they have poor user experience for search by product name
Posting items that are deffective, "rescheduling" of the delivery doesn't make sense because your courier partner aren't listening to the "requests" your support asks for, returns are incredibly difficult. Shopping with you was fine until it wasn't, it's become traumatizing. My experience with you guys has not only tarnished your platform, but the brands you carry as well. For the inconvenience, cashback credits? Do you really think that would be enough to make up for the trouble?
What happen to this app?? The app starting to go crazy, disabled me from putting it into my wishlist and whenever I try to click on the items, it says the server can't be reach. Fix this damn problem asap cause it's not fun bruh.
Actually I really like to shop at zalora though the selection is not the best but the return or exchange is great! The delivery is fast and customer service is efficient. Overall experience is great! Please add zara and asos if possible
What a fraud organization. I have spent 9 days telling Zalora customer service (countless emails to faceless responders) that a number of cashbacks did not show in my account, but straight show that they have expired. What a way to defraud customers. A cashback is money that belongs to the customer. If the app does not let the customer use the cashback before expiry, you are stealing the customer's money. No senior person has the guts to call me even though I have asked for a call.
The search/filter options feel so retro and are not as efficient (or user-friendly) as those I have used thus far. I end up having to search line by line. On top of that, the ads are awfully annoying/ disruptive. Just when I have found an item (after some tedious scrolling), a pop-up will send me to another page, and it's back to square one. Not much choices for branded goods, mostly used ones. I will wait for the outcome of the first delivery before I decide to stay or shop elsewhere.
