I literally just installed it, and when I open it the only thing it says is to install update. Judging by the other comments, if the app has been like it this long, then the App has no support and is I just broken with nobody bothering to fix it.
keeps sending me back to app store for update. can't even get into the app.
continuously tells me a newer version is available but the Play store says the app is up to date.
cannot open app, need update it say but unable to update.
This is a very easy app to use and is very user friendly.

First review of an app ever & I agree with the last 7 reviewers. I am currently doing business with Zander & as an ID Theft recommended company by Dave Ramsay (Financial Peace Univ.), it hurts his reputation as well. The first poor review was the last week in April 2019. Should a company protecting clients from identity theft take close to 2 months to fix a glitch in their own app? If this problem is not fixed soon, I may be one of many losing confidence in Zander & looking at other options.

Cannot open. Doesn't work. Flips between "Open/Uninstall" screen and the opening page which says "Update." When "update" is clicked, it goes back to the "open/uninstall" page.
