Password selection page is broken. I keep getting an error message saying that the password must not be empty. Well, it isn't empty. How can I use your app to file a claim if I can't even use it?

The app will not recognize my log in information. I have triple checked my user and password before and during sign in and it will not let me log in. It says log in not recognized. I tried to register my account and would not recognize my information. The account number (new one) and the expiration date of policy (I only know the month, not the specific date). Why do you have an expiration date for a policy for a registered member. Please help! Why is the app not recognizing my correct log in and password?

Piece of trash. App keeps crashing, when I can get it to stay open, it doesn't recognize my login credentials, even though I've logged in 3 times today from my computer to verify that I do in fact know my login and password.

I really wanted to like this app, but I experienced problems similar to those already described: the app crashed the first time and even though it started the second time, it said I was using incorrect login credentials (twice, even though I know I entered them correctly both times). Oh well, time to uninstall. Hopefully these problems will be fixed.

Waste of my time. I entered my information to sign up 3 times and it crashed at the end all 3 times.
