App is need a good service.
It's always to home shift when I just want to Bach only. Please it to easy then
The issue is both orders have been delayed. 1st order 30+ hrs to deliver. The 2nd has taken 2 days & still waiting. I have had calls & sent my address 5 times. You do not have someone who understands, reads or speaks English clear enough. The online site is great but your follow up does not work. It has now been 3 days & I'm still waiting for delivery.
Rude female staffs and the products ,I ordered before picked up, was unavailable. They tried to introduce me to other clothes but it looked like a mess and I had to cancel my orders. (ZANDO CITY MALL) Really poor customer service
The app is great but when I receive my order it's opposite from what I expected one of the dress that I ordered size XL. But it's looks like size S and no more other sizes to choose because the bigger one is size XL already really disappointed 😔😔😔
Apps super slow even wifi or data not slow, can't not load any images or see the product. Pls solve the issues
They should add size to the filter as well makes it easier to search.
"Connection to the server was unsuccessful".. the first message I got after download the application. What is so difficult just to develop an app about clothing? You literally have one job.
Very satisfied with product and Delivery. I live in province and it take just one day to arrived
