This app is so frustrating to use. I input my password several times each time. The password is the password I have auto saved as well. I didn't change it on the Coldwell Banker app either. This issue has to change!!! So sick of not being able to contact buyers though the app. I use the same password and user name on my lap top!!!!

Update: I was asked to re install the update and I did but still no issues fixed. I will reach out to support next as requested but they are obviously having issues fixing the bugs. I have a Galaxy Note 9. I will probably uninstall and use the website version instead which is inconvenient. App doesnt load on a regular basis and doesnt function 100% I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Very frustrated

I try and try and try and still get disappointed. Zap was supposed to be this exciting crm that was released. I had high hopes and all into getting it to be my primary crm. Well, it's like pulling teeth still working with it. So many features that just aren't helpfull or missing. I don't have the time to keep up and report everything. Although I did try in the beginning. Completely gave up. I wasn't getting paid by zap to troubleshoot and give feedback 3 hours a day which is what it would take if I did cover everything that I had a problem with. What brought me here today is, after another long break from the app, I said let me try, maybe they've updated and improved on things... Nope. I can't even log the address of a new contact. Something as simple as that. Seriously? Also, why doesn't the app allow for copying and pasting? Like why? Why is it necessary to make that unavailable. Like who does that? It's impossible to copy or paste anything from the zap app, be it phone numbers, or MLS IDs etc.. such a simple feature but leave it to zap to make it unavailable. Then I figured I'd send a suggestion but it was again like pulling teeth couldn't get to do that from the app or it wasn't easy to get to cause I didn't find it. The support contact info has an 888 number I said ok let me try. Welp, when you dial 2 for app support, it hangs up on you. Lol. ZAP was a mess when it started, for me, it still a mess. What a waste.

Absolutely abysmal. The entire experience. Cursed with myriad errors, it is reliably unreliable, both on desktop and now on mobile. For such a mission critical piece of software, it's as if they don't actually test anything ever before pushing it out.

I downloaded the latest version. I selected that chrome always open when i click a link in my messages.and its still trying to get me to open the app. sent an email. I prefer using the web for the best experience. How do I keep this app from taking me to download zap when I click on a link in my messages. I want to go to Chrome. It won't let me do that. I uninstalled the app and everything. It's very annoying. Update, it's the end of 2019 and the problem still exists.

I usually give good reviews, but this time it's a bit different. This app was working fine at first. I liked the fact that I could use my phone to add notes and remove reminders. At this time, I add notes, but they don't save or the reminders arent marked as done even if a text/call/note are logged from the app.

This app is awful. I need to use it daily for business yet I repeatedly have to completely uninstall and reinstall just to get it to open. When I click to open it 9 times out of 10 it just sits there on the main zap screen trying to load but never loads and never opens. Extremely frustrating and waste of my time.

This app is terrible. It is essential that I use it for my business and I am constantly needing to delete and re-download the app as it has constant issues that no one ever seems to care about fixing. To me, the app is basically useless and I constantly need to login from my laptop to get anything done

I have tried for almost a year and it never works at all, if I could give it zero I would! My company forces us to use it otherwise I would run screaming from it. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it every other day and it still won't work. If you have another version available per the other reviews then why does it not automatically install that version since I am constantly reinstalling the app?

Terrible app. It does not update my leads even though I have reached out to them. As of late I have not been able to open my app. I have uninstalled/ installed/ change passwords It does not work correctly it is unreliable

Lots of bugs. Logged me out and wouldn't let me log back in. Wouldn't load when I went to load it. Stayed on the blue screen until I had no choice but to back out of the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still wouldn't work properly.

The most recent update said that it fixes issues with the app loading but that is unfortunately the issue it caused. The app only loads now if I uninstall then reinstall it. 8/9/19 Just updated again and the app still gets stuck trying to open As of 8/12 it still gets stuck on the blue screen. 8/20-won't let me log in. 8/22- had to reinstall again in order to log in. 8/23- had to reinstall again to get past the blue screen. 9/5/19 - still have to reinstall the app every day if I want to use it.

Like every other review, app doesn't load, always get support emails saying "please try to update to the newest version". It is clear this app has no real support, the desktop version is fine but the mobile app is completely useless.

Horrible app, that does not work half the time. Click on a contact and it doesn't open just kicks you back to the contact list. Can't send emails through it. Complete garbage.

Doesn't work reliably. It won't load contacts and it is very limited compared to what can be done on PC version. I have reinstalled multiple times. Can not update reminders.

App never loads. Always have to uninstall. Then reinstall. You have to spend too much time with it to get any thing out of it. Spreadsheets are better or just log phone calls into a personal journal. This needs a lot of help.

Mobile app does not give you the same experience as desktop. Buttons do not show as expected. The last 3 updates hung the application starting up, with no indication that a new update was required.

Still is completely useless to me, on Galaxy Note9. Works each time from a fresh install but as soon as I close it out the first time I am unable to get back into it. None of the updates have fixed anything for me.

Terrible, it's just so confusing to use. It always shows that there's a notification but I never have anything. Takes very long time to load. Never displays the address the client is interested in.

I feel like as commonplace as an app is these days it should be much more refined and smooth to use. I'm going to estimate 90%+ of the time I can't even open the app. And no, it's not because my phone is too old. I have tried it on Samsung and also Pixel. Zap should be like IQ Office, mobile first platform.

Amending my 1-star review* to 2 stars now (9/19). I STILL have to uninstall & reinstall it every few days, but at least it now works for 2-3 days at a time? *6/19; I posted a review weeks ago about my issues with this app constantly going down; Needing to be uninstalled & reinstalled every few days as it stops recognizing my login? I keep trying, as my Broker requires us to use it, but apparently it just doesn't work right on a Samsung? I now mostly use the desktop version... Very frustrating!

Well the intentions of the app are ideal, the fails often and must be uninstalled and then reinstalled to fix the failure. Over the course of the last few days, the problem has grown worse and require multiple uninstallation and reinstalls a day.

Useless app. I had a ticket opened with tech support 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them since. For me the Zap system is only functional from a desktop. LG V40 phone. Update : tech support was finally able to get it working.

Not user-friendly, far too laborious to complete a task, doesn't let you use your primary email address but only the one Coldwell Banker gives you for an email that no longer exists and malfunctions quite often not allowing you to save changes or information that you've added. Truly disappointing that Coldwell Banker forces us to use this antiquated program if we want to get "leads".

Awful. Not be able to log in with same password I have in my desktop. I have to just rest password over and over, but not working. I called IT and explain every thing, after a week nobody called me to help and send me email do I still have issue?!!! I unstalled it. Do some thing about it!!
