Zap Surveys

love the app. the pay is low in comparison to others, but .. the personalization in surveys makes up for a lot of time lost to non-qualifiers. The high paying surveys really need some help. $1.60 for 15 minutes is not near high paying. And the $25 min. cashout is not convenient. More would participate with a lower cashout levels. Others allow $3 or less.

Got confused with my emails but when I sent it to the wrong place they immediately fixed it which most of these survey places would never have even done so quickly if at all....it took a minute to cash out, but once I got into it, I noticed the rewards got more simple and easier to retrieve and higher paid surveys were offered! Luv this app. Yes it really pays! No problems! Thanks! They even respond to your questions by fixing them ha!

Tried to create an account with Google, and it wanted me to sign in with Facebook (which I don't and won't use) -- after which it just hangs and hangs on "Loading Facebook." On the fourth try, I was finally able to create an account via email; now it just hangs. And hangs. And hangs. And hangs. I did get a message that "some error" had occurred. So useful! Not. Can't get past the front door, so uninstalling.

It's a decent app. Takes a long time to cash out. I had a lot of problems throughout my time using the app though. Many days I couldn't get my daily points because the app would freeze or I would get kicked off and receive an error message. I wanted to quit so many times but didn't want to give up my points I already spent so much time earning. Anyways, not sure I will stay a member. I like apps you can cash out at a minimum of at least $10. Also the freezing is really frustrating!

It's real, they do pay, unlike most others that don't.trying to get past survey in brain so I could advance to 480 surveys but it won't let me complete it so as for now I'm at a standstill here... Let's see if costumers service will correct for me... Stand by for my reply... November 18th 2021 haven't been able to turn it on for the last 2 days the first time I ever had a problem trying to turn it on but it is starting to get very annoying hopefully they see my message and they fix it soon.

It's a great app. I'm only at $8 in 10 days taking doing 1-3 surveys a day. You have to reach $25 in order to redeem paypal or gift card! It's slow moving, I can make $20 within 5 days on other apps. I don't like that you will do an entire survey, then suddenly not qualify. I wish they would fix this.

See edit history for more. It has been nearly a month since I cashed out and I still have not heard anything from them even after contacting support. The app has always been legitimate and payed out before, so I will give it one more try to see if this was somehow an honest glitch. My review will be updated at that time depending on whether or not they send the earned payment on the next try.

Lie and say you cash out instantly but when you actually cash out it take two days. app has a lot of low ratings. they don't even check the ratings. survey doesn't work or it takes you to another survey when you are almost done with one survey. Surveys are sneaky trying to get you to do the same survey for a lower amount or it will move on to the next question if you don't pick prefer not to answer. This app has a lot of bugs and will try it best to not pay you for the higher price surveys.

So far so good, it appears to be legitimate and upfront about what it expects of customers. The app is easy to use, I've only just started, so I can't rate the ads yet. However I'm used to the endless ads with mistplay and other gaming platforms, so it couldn't be worse than that 🙄.

takes too long and kinda waste of my time especially when it freezes and makes you start all over again was fun for awhile but lost that joy after issues 9-19-21 update... I guess they finally fixed the bugs that they previously had.. october 2021 dont waste your time in this app they don't answer your emails either it's been over a week since I claimed a payout yet nothing on payment from anyone just the typical automatic email bs.. sent an email been over a week still nothing.. ridiculous

This is one of the worst survey sites I have found. Constantly loading the survey so you can't get to it and just give up or it'll say you're not who they're looking for. It was okay at first just push a button and get 3¢ a day but after I got to about the $12 mark it wants me to take a survey first in order to get the 1¢ the first day 2¢ the second day and 3¢ the third day. The surveys are ridiculously long for a ridiculously small reward and cash out isn't till $25!!

I love this survey app. It's very good and I give fife stars because I tried outer surveys and there are not even close to this one. I didn't get paid yet, I hope that is going to be ok. Now I have cash out twice it works perfectly smooth I definitely will recommend to my family and friends I still do this survey I love it. I give them five stars because soon that you get $25 you can cash out. Great job!

One of the best survey/reward apps available. But, very slow to pay, and they lost one of my payouts and never bothered to explain. Good, interesting surveys.

It's not a bad app. Some of the surveys are a bit longer than stated. Quite a few are unavailable, ACCEPTED, or they ask A TON of questions then say you don't qualify. So it takes a while to reach cashout point, but you do finally get there. I'm almost to my first cashout, FINALLY!

No more daily check ins without completing surveys. Attempted 5 surveys today and didn't qualify for any of them so, unable to check in. Have had the app for years and still haven't reached $25 cash out amount. Once I cash out, this app will be deleted. Every update takes away ways to earn, no more 1 question guaranteed pay surveys or product scans. App went from being very glitchy to just another survey router that pays pennies after initial $6 survey.

This app is straight up legit! Have cashed out to PayPal twice and have had no problems receiving my payout. You aren't gonna make 10's of dollars a day, it does take some time...but they do pay! Realistically set a goal for a dollar a day and you won't be disappointed. My only complaint would be why does the payout minimum have to be so high? It's currently at $25. Couldn't it be at least $15??? Great job, Devs!

So far it has been good. Much like every other survey app only there seems to be many more surveys available at all times. Those listed under higher paying, don't seem to pay more really. And I don't like not being able to cash out under $25. But going to stick with it until my first cash out and see how it goes.

I love this app at first everything seem monotonous but eventually the surveys became more interesting with better payouts I'm almost ready to hit my second minimum payout. I recommend this app to anyone who has time on their hands to sit relax and answer some questions.

I used to really like this app I have cash out before with no problem, buy recently I have been completing surveys and not receiving credit for them, I have contacted support and have not heard anything. This is not how you run a good app. I will not be using this anymore until they fix this.(Update) still haven't gotten any help from support they did reach out to me but completely ignored what I told them my problem was and gave me an answer for some other problem I was not having.🤦🏻

The real deal with Zap. They have good variety of surveys and they pay better than other places. Highly recommend checking them out. I've had to revise my ratings here. On April 15 I cashed out to PayPal and it's still not here 5 days later. I'm very concerned about having another survey site ripping me of. Anyone else having problems getting paid here. Or at least a phone number to contact. Caution here

Once again I did not get pd for an inbrain survey I completed it they said thankyou for completing this survey then when they redirected me to get pd all of a sudden it pops up that the survey wasn't a good fit !! Really well I completed it it was actually a very good fit and it did it not the 1st time inbrain didn't pay they have done it to me a lot onve for $ 2,35 I want my money inbrain. Stop ripping me off I spend the time pay me

I just completed a survey worth .42, and never received my reward. I log in every day to get my .03. Apparently, i misseda day, so i am back to day 1, But i KNOW i did not miss a day!!!! Edit: it's even worse now. They did an update where you can't earn the daily .03 unless y6iu first earn $1.00 from other surveys for that day. I just didabout 6 surveys and only earned .34. And the surveys are so long..I don't have time for this everyday. There are better survey apps than this...

Great app. It stops the survey right away if you won't get the full amount. Instead of having you complete it for 2 cents like another survey app. Oh and you get some of the reward even if the survey doesn't apply to you.

has a REALLY high threshold in order to cash out, BUT there are a lot of easy cash back opportunities, they do take some time to hit your account but when it does it's a lot so it's worth it...

Very disappointed in this app. Now we are being forced to complete a survey to check-in. I am done with this false advertising. I've had this app for over a year or so and y'all have done nothing but degrade it to where nobody can earn unless they sit hours completing surveys.

They fixed the last problem I had with the app. I do check in everyday it hadn't let me at all the last few days I was around the 120 check in Mark when it kicked me back to day one now for the last few days it won't even let me click the first day and it has the dot next to the words check in. Must be because I'm at the 20 dollar mark as soon as I get the 25 if I can I'm done with the app or I might just uninstall now.

pretty good app that says it pays, sometimes says that you don't qualify for survey after doing the the whole survey and only pays 1 or 2 cents which is irritating but at least it pays something! will get back to let know if I can actually cash out!!

This app is ok, I made enough to cash out $25 to my PayPal in 2 weeks from downloading the app, that's fast compared to other survey apps. I would give 5 stars if the cash out to Paypal was instant. It should not take 2-3 business days to process. I don't know if your checking to see if my earnings were all made legit well obviously they were because I was credited with them. Please get this payment process sped up. should be instant.

It's ok except the fact the app tends to freeze up and won't work I have to get out of it 2 or 3 times and finally it will. When I do surveys that say 25 c ot whatever I usually only get like 2 because of how I answered the the questions yet I've spent 10 mins for 2 cents.
