Described in one word: WOW, Cheaper, Awesome, Convenient, Easy, Economical, the Best... ect ect. I have tried all the others but ZAPP is by far the Best of them All. If I had used them a long time ago I would have saved so much Mula, but either way happy to know how great they are now. Such an Awesome App/Service! Thank You Mike for telling me about them

horrible service all around. if you're looking to ride a scooter or bike just use one of the other rentals. the app doesn't work, tells you that you already have an active rental when it's your first time even using the app. and to top it off the ONLY means of support they give is a phone number that they dont even answer on the first call. dont waste your time like I did.

where I am it has very restricted areas where u can leave it. It was really slow compared to the others in tempe and I wanted off I could barely make it up hills. then to make it worse the app keeps pestering me and finally my high battery usage flag it...UNINSTALL!!

I live in Tempe and use scooters quite a bit. Like most people, I stick with what I know. Have been riding Bird since they came to Tempe and just kinda ignored all the other ones that popped up. Only reason I tried it was a Zapp employee talked me into it. Was an easy choice once he explained riding 15 minutes with Bird came up to $6 compared to riding a Zapp for $1.50. Wish i would have switched sooner.

I live in Mesa Arizona and I have used zapp and all other scooters/mopeds/bicycles and ZAPP is by far leading the way in customer assistance and safety not to mention the cheapest price per ride. They offer helmets even when people are stealing them. Turn signals and bright lights for night riding along with the built in camera are a few added features. Blue parking zones work well keeping sidewalks open for pedestrians. accidentally got overcharged but 1 email later they reversed it. thanks

Worthless app ever. It showed i have a scooter nearby, after unlocking it i never found the scooter. I couldn't get any other one, b/c it kept saying I already unlocked one but there were no option to lock that one.

New company trying to make rideshare scooters and bikes a safer and more responsible mode of transportation. I love that they have designated parking zones to keep them from just being thrown all of the city of Tempe like other rideshare companies. Will be a loyal customer just for this reason. Plus, they look badass when lit up at night, too! Zapp On!

Scooter is fine, the app crashes a lot, and you seriously need to expand your territory.. so limited and not convenient for many.

Was fine till I put it in the blue zone and then I got a message saying it was going to fine me for leaving the blue zone when I was in the blue zone. I will never ride this again.

Do Not Use Zapp Scooters!!! The app is faulty, they workers are inept, amd they do not refund you for their own errors. All together ran poorly. Go with BIRD.
