Zapp - Your Everyday e-Wallet

I was one of the promoter for this e wallet app and it's been two months I still haven't received my payment. Hello? Such an e-wallet company can't afford to pay your promoter? It's just around RM360. What a shame. I will only edit this review once I received the accurate amount of my payment. I will not delete it.

Your Zapp only has cashless payment feature with lousiest rewards. How many Millions need to be spend to get the plane in the city Reward? Plus you don't have other platform supporting your app usage. I better use QUINPAY as they provide better reward and I can order food delivery which is the CHEAPEST price in the market compared to other food delivery platform, not just that i can use Quinpay in the online shopping that I can enjoy much more saving. I don't think i will use your app at all.

The app has alot of problems with signing up and payment. The app is very unstable keeps loading and freezing. Good idea, bad execution.

This app is so problematic and faulty, I can't even sign in not sign up even though I have good internet connection and WiFi. The developers NEED to put a stop on this app.

Keep cant receive the Tag number, didn't mention the reason as well. No mention the Password only can set 8 to 12 characters in earlier stage. Waste my time.

where to enter TAC? how to register when there is no slot to enter TAC number? please make sure your app is fully functional before open to register..no star for me as this app is not user friendly

i has no chance to sign up because when I try to register, I can't fill in the tac number.. how come I can sign up??? I already try for a few times still can't fill in the tac number even I received the tac number message, so I uninstall it already

Can't receive TAC number to register. 😅 Ironic because it's from telco and this is a very basic registration coding.

Why after i entered the TAC, the screen stays ... nothing happen. I saw other people faced the same problem while "sign up". Please do something for that.

Right after allowing chat SMS microphone camera access and registering my phone, I am unable to even open the app to login.

A simple account termination requires me to give my whole information like IC number etc. So much work for just a simple thing

From what i read from the app.. For every rm1 spent = 10 silver coin .. 10000silver coin = 1 gold coin .. 20 gold coin = Rm1 .. like seriously?? That's just insane😅.. that's mean you need to spent rm1000 to get 10000silver coin ..🤔😑😑 .. rm20000 to get 20 gold coin that's equal to rm1.
