Love.Zapper. Quick and easy to use once setup. And get an email notification after each transaction as a record.

Used to be a great option to pay with, but then virtual cards happened, so it became difficult to use the app to pay for parking tickets because you insist on the CVV upfront when registering the card and the CVV number changes every hour.

It is so convenient to have the app works everytime, and there are so many places that use the app which makes it a one of the must have apps.

The time i was having it on my previous phone, the app was good. I hope to experience the same as before.

Was okay. The Doppio signature burger was somewhat disappointing... Chips were tasty, but cold. Cold chips... Patty was very overdone and on the small side, but it was well seasoned though. Burger was too dry. Just. Not. Quite. There. My wife's avo and salmon Beni was excellent and my daughter's kidi fish and chips was fantastic... So, very mixed bag.

This is probably one of the most convenient apps to use (maybe too convenient). Minimal, clear UI with no frills - just perfect. Of late, on opening the app, there is a perpetual message informaing me that the package installer has stopped. I have also discovered that the history of any payments I have made has not updated and that if checking either loyalty cards or messages, the UI dissappears on returning.

Stop automatically adding the tip. We tip cash and it's a PITA to change it.

After I gave up using SnapScan for a payment, I tried out Zapper and had zero issues with the same Discovery credit card. Nicer app as well.

£3 off scam. I installed the app based on my receipt in a restaurant, which promised 'first time users automatically get £3 off now!'. Simple to use, and allows tipping, but the £3 wasn't applied. The email address on my confirmation email bounces, and no response from the address on their website. Promising app, but I feel as if I've been scammed.

tried lots of apps and they couldn't send payments through but this one did and that's awesome

would be 💯 if they had a newspaper. food and ambiance is great

Making a payment was impossible, despite many tries. Camera wouldn't focus when the code was held close so the image was very blurry and the app was completely unable to scan it. I confirmed that the built in camera and a different barcode scanner app were able to focus perfectly at that distance so it wasn't a limitation of my phone. If Zapper is trying to control camera focus itself as opposed to just delegating to built in functionality, it's not doing it right.

I struggle the first time when I try to load app and making payment but in the end it worked out well

Issues adding card from google services but managed to add card manually afterwards.

easy installation and very easy to use

So some companies use the app for payments where a tip is not appropriate, like payment for an invoice. The tip percentage loading automatically is frustrating because then I have to cancel it or create a massive frustration if I accidentally process it. Then, to make matters worse I have to look at a frowny face like some cheapskate while I am actually paying my bills!

need a update .camera functionality not interacting with Samsung s7 edge. I'm writing this on behalf of a 69 year old lady.the software needs to interact with the hardware. have uninstalled zapper and re installed it . same problem arises. have sent email before . see the phone's camera is taking way to long to focus and have to keep it very far away .when not using zapper to scan or take pictures, focus works quickly and powerful. would like feedback.

Very User Friendly and easy to use.

This app is terrible and doesnt work. I used to have a CC ending in 9011 with FNB on the app. It since expired. Now I add a WWCC ending in 9011 to the app and set it as the default payment, it is also the ONLY card in the app. However, when I try to make a payment, I get directed to an FNB one time pin gateway, and receive a one time pin, for my EXPIRED FNB CC ending 9011. Obviously, the payment fails. #$*)#$*)FDSA*. Why did Zapper pull out of their arrangement with master pass app which works reliably.

It's a cool app to use. Makes life easier. But I feel like it should have an option to cancel your payment when issues arise during the payment, i. e. no internet connection or taking long to go through. Also it should be able to refund payment that went through unintendedly.

Why can't I just round up the total? Why, when I add the tip to the total and then decide to split the bill, does the app not split the total, it splits the original amount and then adds the full tip. Rather split the total bill. I challenge the designers to go out to a restaurant with a crowd and use this app.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this app. I've used it for years, however a single accidental miss press of a button and I'm uninstalling. There is no confirmation no matter the size of the bill. I accidentally paid for the entire table and the best I get is a partial refund and the headache of having to deal with going back to the restaurant for a cash refund after 2 days. Zapper agents aren't available during business hours for a restaurant, strange.

Was awesome, current update , can not do a split bill any more. This makes the app close to useless!! ***** UPDATE - Great tech support from Zapper on this. Turns out it was a setting the restaurant hadn't enabled. Star rating back up to a 5 as this is genuinely one of my favourite APPS. The easiest way to settle a split bill when dining as a crowd.

Problem resolved quickly and it works perfectly now. Thank you. For others having the same problem, I downloaded from Huawei App Gallery instead of Playstore. This app now freezes when you do almost anything. Adding a card or even reading a message. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. So frustrating!!
