The app works and so convenient. .I had a problem but the complication had to do with my clearing my cache and cookies which some apps use...

My first review was a bad one. Zappix actually took the time to call me and try to assist. After getting the information I wanted they added the correct companies within a day. Great service and a very useful app. Well done!
Isn't possible to manually add service providers, must be interactive database by community, like waze. Then it will be most useful and full information app.
Lost Internet, likely due to wind storm. No access to online bill for numbers. Tried this app. Lists Verizon for wireless, not for FIOS. Different organizations. Major miss.
Please add Swepco to the electricity catergory for texas. Also woodforest national bank. Would also love to add Longview water utilities in texas if you can.

Slow-moving, fairly useless, bug-filled app. This company pays for 4 and 5-star reviews for their app by users who only need to download it, not use it. Horrible. Avoid.
