Fantastic app. Only two issues, no Google Login support or searching for instance "500ml" Vs "500 ml" Update: Crashes every day due to an exception in Firebase integration. Every day.

This thing is not super user friendly. It crashes sometimes and deleted all of the items from my cart. Payment doesn't always go smoothly either. It's also hard to find the items I am looking for, even when I know they should be there. If you want matching bedding, for example, you cannot view the cushion covers and the duvet cover all at once. They're sorted into different categories. Anyway, it's difficult enough that I only use it when desperate. Also doesn't tempt me since returns are not free shipping.

Buggy and unreliable app. The products and delivery shipping and handling thselves are fantastic. As for the app, scrolling through photos is either slow to load or automatically zooms in so close without me touching my screen, preventing me from seeing the product. Sometimes when I try to purchase, the app won't accept my "Individual ID" and I can't purchase at all. Other times when I click on a product to see more, nothing happens. So I end up not buying what I want from here at all. Shame.

Horrible. Kept telling me to change market or region. Uninstalling since they don't want my money

I wouldn't recommend this app. I bought a product which happened to have the wrong image and a poor description didn't help making the right choice between the products. When I finally received it and saw it was not what I paid for, I contacted customer service and they said it was my fault. Conveniently, both options have been removed from the app (I guess to correct it) and asked me to pay for the shipping. Very receptive practice. Don't buy online!

The app loads pictures very slow. Also can't edit number of items once added to cart. Need to login through browser on laptop and make changes.

Poor performance. Navigating went OK, but the payment process is a nightmare. Gives errors or code ' forbidden' (??). Klarna doesn' t work, you press the back button, then your basket is cleared, or so it seems. Put in the same order, pay by Ideal. No confirmation, but payment has gone through in my banking app. After half an hour a notification comes up, and it appears I have now ordered the same items three times. Sort it out Inditex, you're sure to lose sales in this way!

Please review your phone number settings! E.g., for Latvian number it's only +371 xxxxxxxx -8 digits!!! App doesn't allow to save it properly, it takes as a default the market phone number length.

I was expecting a better service - i did two purchases and none of them arrive - they didn't do any follow-up for at least 30 days Very awful customer success and I should no be able to purchase items that are not going to arrive it's totally pointless

Absolutely horrible. Takes forever to load items. When trying to select an item it's literally not possible to select size hence not possible to purchase it. Some of the parts aren't translated. Not intuitive, not even a little bit. This app is not ready!! I'll wait for the stores to be open again.

Very unintuitive UX. Can't go to the item page from the shopping cart. Need to magically find out that you need to swipe an item in order to delete it. I chose buy later and it worked as delete, because I couldn't find a list with the items postponed anywhere... a very big question to the developers. A shame for such huge brand!

There is no Croatia in list of countries at the beginnig of the app!

Pretty useless. Everything always out of stock or shows items you cant add to cart, even though it says "add to cart"

The awful payment process has not been fixed for over a year now. IDeal payments don't get processed, the app gets frozen and never sees your order after paying threatening to cancel it all together, even when you do it via allegedly friendly non-mobile-bank-app way, same with credit card. I don't recommend this horrible and glitchy app that has not been making any progress, seems to be completely forsaken by developers or they have no idea what they are doing, just go to the shop or website.

Simple and convenient

Theres seems to be a glitch on the South African version where there is no add to cart button for any products, but when you scroll down on a selected product, there is an add button for the similar items list. Either South Africa doesn't have the delivery feature yet and this is a bug or it does and the button doesn't work for any of the products you click on.

Outrageously poor customer service. Very disappointed.

Only shows prices in Euros despite repeatedly ensuring region was set to Australia. Forces you to choose categories and subcategories with no 'see all' option available. Particularly ridiculous under 'Sale' where you have to dig down through drop down menus only to select a category that has no products available in it. Images containing several items listed as something vague like 'pot', and the same three items are pictured in the next listing with a different price point and name. Deleted.

Stylish but pointless app. 'Search' function returns random results with little or no relevance to the product you were trying to find. Products saved in your wish list will arbitrarily be marked as 'sold out' when in fact they are still available and vice-versa (if you can find them, that is).

The app does not have a good filter for searching products. It also jumps back and forth and is difficult to navigate which is very frustrating. It is a tiny bit more user friendly than the website however.

I am completely unable to see product details ... when I open a particular product the application freezes and if it ever unfreezes, I get images that are enlarged and the whole view is distorted. Very sad that this is lasting for at least 3 weeks now.

There is no option to purchase online on the South African version. No information box explaining so. Just a poor experience entering with the intension of buying. A loss as I read other reviews stating similar. Especially in a time of sales, this is disappointing. Ive uninstalled

Such a confusing and complicated app that seems to be style over substance. What is most frustrating is that the Search function doesn't return anything related to what you type, even if you know the exact item you're looking for. Bizarre!!

The shopping experience was great. Had a bit of difficulty editing items in my basket but eventually figured it. Was presented with two taxes and no explaination of the taxes .... would help to better understand what they were for....

Return will cost 50 nis (15$) if the return is from different deliveries you'll need to pay twice, the shipping cost doesn't include packaging and you can't return an item if it cost more than 199 nis (61$) that is the minimum cost of most of their furniture. Bad service. Many bugs and issues. Uninstall.

The recent update has made the app to work so slow. Doesn't let me click on a product and aopgets frozen every few minutes and requires a restart. Earlier version used to work just fine 😐

Better than its website but still, payment process is very bad. Added my credit card without asking me and took fee for it. UX is horrible. No summary screen or anything. I wonder how many customer changed her mind and left payment screen because of its difficulty.
