Number of uses: Not sure Issues: Ordering process has gotten a little better over time but is pretty pointless to download. You don't save time. The store can't even scan the app and the rewards come maybe only like 1x every 3 to 4 months. Verdict: Its possible to order but Don't download. It doesnt reward enough. Doesnt save time. You may not get everything you ordered.

This app is pointless in most respects. It's not intuitive. You can't earn rewards after you've paid, which is incredibly inconvenient. Rewards are so few and far between (and they either expire or they constantly disappear) that it actually demotivates me to even eat there, even though I use to eat there at least twice a month. You need to be able to add your receipts and earn rewards after ordering and paying, you shouldn't have to grab your phone and hand it through a drive-thru window.

Lay out is nice, but useless if it never sends order through or give a reason why it won't send. I've tried to use this app 3 times with 2 different locations, 2 times it just refused to send the order without a reason why (even tried different location and cards to pay with) the other time it sent but placed the order for the next day without any warning that the restaurant wasn't taking mobile orders anymore (tried to place the order at 8:40, restaurant closed at 10)

When I got to the restaurant, I placed my order, and when I opened the app to scan the barcode, low and behold, only 3/4 (three quarters) of the barcode was visible. I could not scroll up to view the entire barcode. As a result, I wasn't able to scan my order, which means that I wasn't able get any points for it on the app. Many point lost for this visit. Zazby's, you got to do better!

Sorry, level up can't charge your credit card this time. You get a 1 star because I can't use this app as it is intented. If it does work the app is easy to use and easy to reorder if you get the same thing everytime.

The app works fine. But it's pointless. I've never earned a single point despite eating there a few times a week. Ordering through the app, at the store. Doesn't matter. No points, no rewards. Just useless

Awful. I ordered my food for curbside and when I got to the designated parking spot for curbside I was told that I had to come in the restaurant because the order was on the rack and they didn't do curbside. So what is the point of using an app if I have to go into the restaurant to get my food? Will never use this app again. By the time you read this it will be uninstalled from my phone.

I was a little nervous to download this since so many people had a bad experience. We've honestly only eaten here one time when they first opened. We wanted something different so I gave the app a shot and it worked great. Our order was ready when we got to the drive thru and everything was great. Maybe the bad reviews are more on the locations?? I'll definitely use again. Update: Be careful, if it is anywhere near closing time it will place your order for the next day without much warning.

I have always had an great experience when ordering thru the app. I always check my order and have yet to receive what I ordered at this restaurant. This restaurant drive through is in a prime location whither getting off of work, grocery shopping or at lunch time for fast and convenient service.

The app does not connect to whatever store you're ordering from. When it gives you a specific time to pick up your order It's either a flat out lie or just an estimate at best, so you go and you stand in the store for 30 minutes until you get sick of it and walk out.

No points accumulate which is disappointing! Also, on the rare occasion they give you a "reward" there's no expiration date but the take it away fairly quickly so I can never use it. Again, disappointing!

If you like to add 20 extra minutes to your quick Zaxbys trip and not get rewarded for it, this is the app for you! Tried this app at 3 different stores, all with the same outcome. All 3 marked for curbside but none of the 3 stores do curbside any more. Had to drag my 4 year old in to grab our food. All 3 stores had a mobile order pick up spot but didn't use them. Had to wait in line to get my food. Discovered the app doesn't automatically reward you. You have to get someone to scan your app.

App no good for me. Couldn't use it for drive thru or curbside-they were too busy, I called. I go in, take a table watch for food to magically appear on takeout shelf. Ten minutes past due time(20 mins by now since order placed) while waiting inside, I noticed a bag sitting by cash register. Sure enough my name was on it. Food inside was cool. Next time I'll just get into the long drive thru and take my chances. Probably depends on the location as to how well the app works.

Signed up for the app because I got a mailer it said free signature sandwich. When I went into the app and create an account and yes I successfully allowed them to data mine my information they did not provide a free sandwich like they said they would. Definition of bait and switch met. Definitely not a long-term customer or a future customer.

Not user-friendly. If I use a coupon, I can't use my app to pay because the register won't accept more than 1 QR code. If there's a special deal on the app, I can't pay with the gift cards I have loaded on the app. UPDATE: "Thanks so much for the feedback... I will pass this note to the appropriate team to get it on their radar. We are constantly working to improve, & customer feedback is often the starting point. So, I appreciate your input... Roy, LevelUp Support" Sigh.

YOUR APP SUCKS! This is the second time I have put in an order, selected a later pickup time, and it sends through for ASAP anyway. Your phone's are deactivated so I can't contact the store, and there is no way to cancel my order. Just about done bothering with this horrible service.

Used the app once without issue. Now it appears you have broken it. I am trying to order the traditional wings and things and sauce 1 defaults to 2 selections so you cannot add to cart because of this as it causes an error. Have deleted memory, Uninstaller and reinstalled with same issue. Need a new app developer I would say.

This app and website absolutely sucks!! There are so many issues! Why would you send out coupons with QR Codes which can NOT be used on the app? Makes no sense. The user experience is horrible. You have a 'button' which says scan/pay.. which should open the scanner... nope! It's a stupid static image to show what a QR code looks like! I'll be deleting this app since there is no accommodating reason or way to put in an online order conveniently.

Somehow billed me without my knowing!!!! Be very careful with this app. I use many apps-this is the 1st time this has happened. I went to use the free sandwich coupon and she scanned the barcode and it billed me a sandwich meal. She obviously couldnt figure out how to use the free sandwich reward and just ordered me a combo as my credit card was in the app from an order last week. Wow. No CVV number no verification from me. Nothing. They can access your credit card. Beware!!!

If I choose to order my food on this app and I choose curb side pick up, that doesn't mean I want to come in and get it. If it can't be brought out to my car, then I should be able to choose drive thru pickup instead. Bc after I have worked all day I'm not getting out on my car and walking into pick up food I've already paid for. It should be brought out to the curbside like it said it was on the app. So now put a choose of curbside or drive thru on your app so your ppl don't argue with me.

The ap opens the scan ID code bar too large and only 3/4 of the images shows. So it doesn't register with the system. So no free sandwich for using the ap and no credit for what I ended up paying for.

Don't even bother. Twice I have placed orders and they were queued for the following morning. No way to cancel through the app, and if you call the restaurant, it will not show up on their ordering system because it is already set for the next day... Twice now I will have been taken for $30+ for uncanceled orders.

Was told to come inside to pick up my order but the doors were locked. If they had sent a text or told me to go through the drive thru (even given that as an option the review would be higher. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes because they couldn't bother to take 20 seconds to tell me to use the drive-thru.

Terrible app, I tried 2 different cards and it stated LevelUp cannot charge your card at this time. And the please wait we are submitting your order and then order failed.

The app defaulted to a future time (the next day just before opening) for an order I wanted asap. I was able to place my order at the store, but the store was unable/didn't know how to cancel the app order there nor when I called, though that was the instruction given on the automatic receipt. If you're going to be able to place a future order, there needs to be a way to cancel on the app. Highly frustrated with this app and I won't be using it again.

This is the only app I know that have rewards, but doesn't track it. I personally don't think the rewards are doing something. I went for 2 weeks straight and got nothing free. That was around $10 each for 5 days a week for 2 weeks, so it was about $100. And I still got nothing for free. I love Zaxby's, but the app sucks. It really is pointless.

App is useless since you can't pick up your food at the drive through any longer. So I will be uninstalling. Local said it came down from higher up and they had no control. If I wanted to get out of my vehicle I would come in and order. Food apps are suppose to make things convenient and this one does not.
