It's not the best a cab calling app I came across with. It keeps constantly asking for stable connections even if there is a stable connection. It probably can't be used for emergencies. Better fix this issue.
1. Try to find a way of verifying phone number. If you can't, well, I'm sorry for you. 2. The verification email you send is just a welcome email?!! You don't even offer a link to unregister in case someone mistakenly used another's email. And the MOST SHOCKING PART: YOU EMAIL BACK MY OWN PASSWORD IN PLAIN TEXT! Who does that? This is so so basic! A huge flaw, an unforgivable breach of trust and confidentiality. You have a lot to do. Really.
I used the app through my 4G speed network signal, wasn't easy but I managed. Although I requested a Taxi, I was picked up by a Toyota Yaris Vitz. Here is what the problem was: my "Taxi" had another had another passenger in it, a woman who was in a hurry to be dropped off somewhere. My questions to Zayride: How do you recruit your drivers/cars? What makes you stand above all other similar ride service companies? Is Improvement on customer service an option? The worst experience for me by far.
This is app is getting mw tired so much. To tell you the truth i am user of your service and because of the slow, not clear, not uptodate app of your company sometimes i choose other taxi hailing services like ride. To tell you the truth RIDE app is the best.
The reason that I rated it one star is that some of the drivers, try to get more money from the ride by taking the route that wasn't listed on the app and this is unbelievably annoying and disappointing. So I think that you should do something about this because if this carries on no more people are going to use you guys.
The price is fair and it helps a lot but you make us wait for long. Which is wrong....i came across with such kind of problem three times out of four....the fastest time you arrive after call is 6 minute. Please correct this. Thank you
The app doesn't send a verification code. It's also weird that you have to choose the country your in to enter a phone number when it only works in ethiopia.
Is accessible anywhere but the false advertising is very disappointing. The 50 birr off is a lie. It was active at first but most of the drivers weren't aware but now you are still promoting and yet the 50 birr isn't deducted from the ride.
Its a very poor app who will take much of space and their services is very uncomfortable with very expensive fee comparing to other service givers unlike they promote on social medias and very poor at locating their customers adress and the drivers cancel orders for long rides..........very unprofessional service provider
They said "zero base fare". But it is not true, I've paid 65 birr for only 1.5 kilometer. So I recommend people to use Ride, PickPick or other transportation systems. ZayRide must not be your option.
I can't choose the type of ride I need. It just gets stuck. Tried to refresh and clean the cache. Still could not work.
Terrible app. Tried to mimic good one, but instead makes more trouble than one can ever expected. Drivers don't know how to use app.
Cool app and awesome service but still requires a little more polishing. It sent a receipt email for a cancelled trip and yet forces to submit trip evaluation
This app needs some approval.... it shows every car near you but the useful part is the GPS cause it shows the exact destination
It always says try in a stable connection even though it was. Try to upgrade it otherwise i didn't see any competition's
App is inconsistent, customer service is poor @the call center assisting as the app is not counting the km they count and calculate manually
I tried to login many times ..it doesn't work....if there there was zero star on rating this apps I would have chosen it...fix the problem
The app is not good at all. Rather than spending money on ads I think you should fix the app. You can make it way better.
I had to book a taxi at midnight but they replied you need to book earlier. what kind of service is that I'm not booking a hotel or a plane ticket
I tried to setup an account but it won't send the verification code 🤦 If you're intensively promoting then you should make sure the App works well.
i give 1 star because the app is very late app and also when the driver destination is so far from my pick point that means am waiting him for 15 to 30 minutes ....so i don't use zay
50%true I like but it slow to use you better to fix you need to tell for all drives the discount 50% because when thay gone see the price rush ask add some money I like it the app
After booking a cab for a later time, the cab didn't show up and the app didn't notify me that the cab wasn't going to come, this is a major problem that you have to fix. It also says "driver is not able to take your request" every time I try to get a cab right away. But despite all this, the idea behind the app is good.
