It is good but needs to be improved again and again. Example by hiding one trip working in the back ground it may accept another and incure the driver for extra deducton of money from his account. It also call driver from remote distances. Again after the passanger has been taken by another driver after hours it may again make a call to another driver. It was good if the app has connection with google map to reach the passanger easily. It also make mistake on calculation ofpayment for a trip.
Yes, i has been recommend about yours new application , before that i down load and i was consumed ,and i used. but it not unique may be for give nes information about weekly ,daily and trip number. those information i gate from application that is good . mainly this application problem of more consume battery immediately ,its not fast movie , its difficult to easily access .before to give that application better, usually easily process got it now and working with out problem.now its to difficult to work and process it.
Big idea but Worst App, 1,make a phone stuck 2, poor GUI- graphics 3, you could pick a better ring tone 4, calls driver from a very remote distance 5, doesn't make queue(ተራ) for Drivers Three days as a member but i could't make a trip. Hope you get the positive sense and act immediately.
How long will the base fare be 0? Cuz the service is not worth it for drivers if that's the case! The app does not also give you the estimated arrival time to your customer. It sometimes calls drivers from very far away distances. Very inefficient system
I've been using this app for more than a year now, and I must say it is the horrible app I've ever used, late last year I saw a promises that the app will improve but that did not happen in fact it is wearing down from time to time, if an effort is not applied to fix the bugs I promise you you'll loose lots of drivers.
Incompitent! Always updating but the app is not friendly and also drivers are being fade up because of lack of work in this app. The main problem is not with app it is with the people running it!!
I'm a driver @ your company and i think this application need an immediate review. First of all the app didn't ring(notify) me when i get a new job 2. It only calculate the pre-set destination 3. Its very unattractive. I am a member of different ride hauling companies like Ride and i still like working with zayride but i didn't turn on the app most of the time because of your poor app and poor marketing strategy. Please please 🙏🙏update the app and review your overall company strategy. TNX
Best application for those in need of help and fair price.
Worst...An app that never ring to give you a trip.Sometimes ones in a bloom,you can receive 3 OR 5 trips per week from the call center.To those who are kind that are working at the call center& give me a trip,I will be forced to give**(2star).I ve been (almost everyeday)waiting for more than 2-3hrs in a pic hrs & in a very high demanded areas waiting for a trip from this app,but frankly speaking I can get very very few trips per week.Can do more if u r willing&if u take seriously the feedbacks
The app is always crashing it don't work properly it doesn't have a good building codes it needs a big improvement and a quick improvement!!
The worst app ever in all aspects, it dosent navigate, it dosent calculate properly, it dosent appear accept beten while ordr is coming and also the order come far away from the driver, many many thing's
A lot of limitations on ur application. Its so wast of time to mention one by one. Zayrides pls upgrad ur alppication to advanced level. The computation b/n other ride services is so hot now days. U need to upgrade it to stay in the computation.
Needs more improvement. Doesn't calculate the accurate fare, picks a wrongly located driver when passenger requests for driver...so much more
1.After Accept button pressed nothing appear and the closed automatically what is this ? 2. Accept botton doesnt show immediately 3. Notification tone won't be muted neither changed to choice of your own
Hi zayride, new application is totally different.. it is working too faster than old one .. and the application design is awesome.. kudos Zayride
Slow response like too mach I always get terrified when the arriving point approchs cause specially the last end trip button is slow betam can you reduce the parameters or something to load faster
I'm a driver I download that app but I couldn't get the verifi cation code for a week
In addis Ababa roads you have to receive job in the k.m distance this app does not have k.m distance all passengers are complaining about the the distance you should be fixed this problem.
The app uses more data connections it uses 200 mb for 3 days but other taxi hailing apps only use 40-50 mb on these 3 days so these issues has to be rosolved
I like the experience of the app, the UI is intuitive too.
It is too difculat to activate job order indcater rasly, it blinks but it is not fancational properly.
It doesn't show the order pinned on z map which makes it difficult for z drivers

This App is not fast and the quality is bad on my experience please improve the quality ASAP.

The App needs immediate update! The app is useless when passengers change or extend the trip, it's stuck on the original destination only showing the original fare even after 1 hour of extended trip and additional 5km distance. Not dynamic enough to calculate these additional changes. The call centre is not helpful enough in this scenarios, they only perform basic calculations discarding waiting times and the exact routes or distance.
