Zazzle – Create Custom Gifts

Quite honestly the most frustrating app I've ever used. It crashes constantly for seemingly no reason. It also randomly asks me to verify I'm human all the time, then crashes after I do. Each time this happens, I lose everything. I checked for an update to see if that was the issue and there wasn't one. Most definitely uninstalling and sticking to the site.

I tried to customize something and then attempt to add it to my cart. I get a pop up that says my item is added, then I go to my cart and it is empty (and when I go back, my design is gone) not very user friendly. When I go to Zazzle through Chrome, I have no issues. I only experience this in the app. Other than that (which is a pretty big issue in my opinion) the app is easy to use.

I just spent a a few weeks saving "likes" trying to decide on a business card design. I had the card picked out, design all ready in my cart and when I went to Check out it had me verify I was a human twice, then it kicked me out, didn't save my progress and U somehow lost all my likes. Thank you for wasting my time. I'm glad I didn't spend any money. I'll be deleting this app and using something else. They had great designs and a terrible app!

FRUSTRATING!! I don't understand how the app crashes multiple times a day. Even though you save a design, or a template, good freaking luck being able to access it again to edit. And purchasing anything? HA!

Amazing App! I designed notecards, a notebook and a luggage tag! All with beautiful scenery and personalized texts! Easy to order & design. Perfect for cards to family and friends! A loyal customer now! 1 of my orders was delayed and they are sending overnight via UPS! Excellent customer service!!! Thank 😊 you Zazzle!! Update: I signed up for Zazzle Black, which is free shipping, I should have been doing this a long time ago!!

Frustrating! Constantly crashing! Never saves your work! So hard to get things done!

Mobile viewing: it's fine for basic browsing, but as a creator, it's not ideal. Someone is not able to click on and go to my/a creator's store. Also, product descriptions are cut off, but that's not clear to the reader.

Since updating app everything comes up in US dollars, checked my previous orders and it says I haven't bought anything yet despite buying over a dozen tshirts, got items in my cart but again can't get a price as it's in US dollars.

Terrible! Will not let me use paypal. It just says search not found when it tries to process payment.

App is very glitchy. I personalized an item and tried to put it in my cart several times and it still would say cart is empty and I would have to try all over again just for it not to work again. Then when I try to view my order once placed it won't let me look at the stuff I ordered. It says sorry retry everytime.

Spent an hour trying to order coffee mugs. Everytime I clicked preview, my personalization would erase & reset to stock photo. Site would not allow promo code that had just been emailed to me. Site would not accept my credit card noting "unauthorized token expiration" (???) making a very simple purchase absurdly difficult/impossible. I'm assuming Zazzle loses many sales due to customers becoming irritated & impatient with their user unfriendly site. I would have put a lower rating if possible.

DON'T USE ZAZZLE they ruined my wedding invites! They had to be re printed and mailed 3 times and all 3 times they were awful. Only needed 80 wedding invites. Now i have 240 that I cant use! 0 stars and they begged me to recommend them to my bridesmaids 🤣

Everytime I added my design to cart it disappeared and it said my cart was empty. Price was cheaper in app than on website. But after several attempts I could not purchase anything.

Ordered an item and the nice Zazzlings put my artwork on it. Sorry about defacing your product like that... there was no other way. The only gripe I have is when I was creating my account and filling in my birthday year, 1971. Sure seemed like it was a loooong way back on that dial thingy. It wasn't THAT long ago right! Right? It was like just last...um...yeah

Works pretty well overall. But there are little bugs once in awhile. They may have fixed the problem I had since my last order. If you're working on a design & back up, the text will move around on you or change size & color. If you have to back up, scrap it & start over or it won't come out right. But again, they may have fixed that since my last order.

I've used Zazzle before and don't mind the concept but I've had designs disappear (never to be recovered, and upon reaching out to customer service they wanted a screenshot... of what, exactly?). If you work on a saved design there is a chance it gets duplicated instead of updated. And most recently things I flagged with the like button have disappeared. The items I've ordered in the past were of superb quality both in print and material/construction. Just a shame the design function is flawed.

It's useless. The only reason I I download it it's because the website kept on freezing. The app it's really bad. There was no way to add photos to the card, which the website was showed that can be customized with different pictures. It took me forever to even login. I had the right password but it kept on saying that it's the wrong one. I changed the password and tried to login again and it kept on saying the same thing. Super frustrating. I removed it and tried to do everything on the site.

I downloaded the app to shop but it is proving to be an exhausting experience because the app returns to the first page after viewing a product regardless of what page you are on. Want to favorite something on page 27? Be prepared to start back from page 1! The app also doesn't retain filters after you view one product. Instead, I had to keep setting the filter. Time-consuming and frustrating. This needs to be fixed before I can increase my rating.

Trash!!! No matter what I search it returns with "No Results". Even if I search something on the home screen advertisements. Or even coffee mugs which I have purchased numerous times before. Pictures won't upload. Images I've created or downloaded. This app is complete trash. Update: STILL TRASH! Now EVERYTIME I open the app. to check on an order status it keeps asking me to leave a review when I alreday have. No matter what!

Concept is awesome. The amount of variety in creation stage, is vast. You can pick from dozens of options individually or use the Zazzle prefilled options. The hardest part, for myself, is transforming my individual creations, from a purchase in My Shopping Cart, to my Zazzle Virtual Store Shelves. Most times I can lable/price/describe/share link/categorize my idea, but it ends up stuck in the limbo, of my Liked/Recently Viewed sections. Without a clear reason, as to why it won't crossover.

Very glitchy when it comes to uploading photos (even for my profile pic) or editing designs. It's great when it works but more often than not it doesn't work smoothly at all. If the kinks were worked out it would be awesome...like the Canva of products! I'm an entrepreneur so apps like these are so essential for me. Hopefully this gets up & running SMOOTHLY soon.

Have never given an app 1 star, but this app got worse. It's was already difficult to search for items that are easy to find on their website. And it doesn't synch with their website. So if you add to cart while logged in, items will not appear in app cart. Just tried using app now and it just keeps asking if I'm a robot. I completed 5, to verify I'm not, was finally let on the app. I clicked on something on the top menu and it again asked me if I was a robot. Most annoying app.

Ordered an item for daughter's shower with 2 day express. Came in 4 days ...why expedite if they're going to use USPS...way expensive and didn't get here for the shower. Hopefully this company will change their express delivery and give me a refund for something I can't use.

The app is basically okay except I DON'T want to receive ANY more messages or anything like that I can't tell how to turn the message thing off and was wondering on your app if you all would stop them emails and stop the little codes and stuff on top of your app icon and things like that I don't want any more messages okay and I'll look at your app when I'm able to look at the app and see what I want to do I don't want to be bombarded by messages thank you!

This may be the worst app I've ever used. Search is very limited. Can't load a creator's store. After these frustrations the app started asking me to verify I'm human. Each time I verify it reloads and asks again. 🤮

Decent app, however not all things work properly. The desktop site is still the best bet for design. Also for some reason saved designs don't always show up in the app. Zazzle overall has proven to be a good company with good quality products. I have been happy with most of the products I have ordered. As I said, if you have a problem with the app, go to their website.

Glitches and crashes all the time . They used to always have a coupon but, now it is less often making me opt for another site. I have created multiple invites at different times and it does not save your work! Halfway through my editing it revertes back to the example template on its own. Spent time to recreate, app said it was adding to cart but froze and I lost everything again! I'm over it and used Tiny Prints/ Shutterfly. THIS APP IS GARBAGE! GET IT TOGETHER ZAZZLE!

Rating 1 Star for Visibility...having trouble with the Verify part. Keeps asking me to find busses, crosswalks and traffic lights and tells me I'm a bot. When I finally get through, which is not always, it's just blank pages that aren't loading. When it's working I do like it and I've ordered several things this month as well as shared my referral link and discount codes.

I LOVE Zazzle. I have been ordering produ ts from here forever. Just recently I downloaded the Android app. However i experienced some issues regarding payment not going through (card information was correct and all fields were filled). The biggest problem i am facing however is the fact that any orders, edits, or saved items that you do on the desktop version dont get synced to the app -despite it being on the same account.

Worst App Ever. The app used to be good before the forced updates. Now the app not only looks ugly, but fails to even function correctly. The app crashes every time it opens. I finally had enough and just uninstalled it. And as a buyer, the new design forces you to search for everything you want to purchase; whereas, before there were collections that you could browse. It's impossible to find your customizations. Overall, the app is the absolute worst in terms of style and functionality.
