Application has many bugs. It's never updated despite its claim to be new. Was using it and it suddenly tells me my pin is wrong and gets blocked. No option to reset password. Would rate it at 1.5
Unpleasant experience, it gets boring when you can't access you money because you bought a new phone with better features. An app that works on low phone versions obviously isn't trending with the time. However, it makes no sense to add comments to a bunch of same comments that were never attended to, why legging behind like this?.
ZB this is unacceptable. This app cant even work with android 10. Get on with the program, other banks have amazing offerings in the mobile app space. You have been lagging behind in this aspect for too long. FIX IT!!!!
Never runs on android 10. Consider an update-: Is this developer or the bank paying attention to us the clients or what? How many years have gone by without updating it so that it runs on Android 10? Other banks are perfecting their apps and even zero-rating them but yours can't even run, Shame! Uninstalling!!!!!!!!!!!
Useless app that is not moving with the times. It's like advocating to use a landline to call the USA when u can use WhatsApp video call. Whoever is in charge of this area in the bank is sleeping on duty or was fired a long time ago! The worst mobile money app I have experienced! Update this defunct technology eyesore ZB & Developer
ZB should be responsible for its own app, upload it on your own on Play store and update it directly from Play store to our devices, not this nonsense. I install app from Play store. Then told it needs 3update, (which is wrong bcoz the latest update should be on the play store). When I try to do the 1.5mb update it failed to do the direct update. End result nothing works I should not uninstall an app I have just to install the same app to get an update only 2hev th@ update nt being up to date
Not helpful at all,i can't even acess the app's dashboard because it only works on lower android system versions ,developers should update this app to supports all android versions.
App kept closing. Doesn't work with new Android version. Sadly, this download link comes by default on #440 ussd message. Reputational risk this!
This app is so useless i tell you. Im using a latest phone and its telling me that this app is built on old version check for the updated then if you click on it boom it goes back to the old version which is on google.
Your app interface is old school.may you make it more morden, also add feature to view statements from the main account. It should also show proof of payment within the app, not sending an sms
Was not helpful at all. Rather frustrating to fail to use as it was continuously stopping. Very inconvenient as we fail to get required services in this environment
This is a very poor app. U download it and it tells you that it was designed for old android versions. Whoever is responsible must resign because they are absolutely useless. Pissed big time
Using the latest version of android and the app does not work .Other banking apps work perfectly fine.This is so dissapointing!!!
Revamp and make it compatible with android 10/Q been 6 months waiting for update for this app. Make it more mordern. Excellent Internet banking though and whatsapp initiative.
Please upgrade your app so that it becomes functional with the new android versions. Even the Bible is constantly upgraded, wy not you also.

Please update this app to work with all versions of the android OS! This 2017 app does not run on Android 10 nor 11! There is so much that has changed since then. The interface leaves a lot to be desired! The app is in desperate need of a major update!
