ZB Mobile Banking

The app is a disappointment to say the very least. I have given up on trying to recover login credentials and the in-house staff has failed to assist as well. ZB do something and be in sync with the technological trends. Service has become pathetic!!!!

The colors are the set back. Some words are barely legibly in the dark background. Otherwise it's a handy app.

Good app. Please let the app remember the user ID and password on a device, so that we are not prompted every time we log in to go back to the messages and look at the user ID. Please put option for remember user ID

We are suppose to get help from this servive. Instead we get frustration. Remove this from the Play Store.

Just install google pay/ phone pay and learn design from them first, then create an app.

How do i buy airtime from my FCA account using this app

I can't log in. I am always getting a login error for months now. The zb branch in Mutare is also clueless. They always claim your system to be down. I tried resetting my login id and password several times to no avail!

Imagine having to think of a new password every few weeks? Thats the kind of problem with this app. No password repeat. Ever. Its a great app and i can see my balance and maybe do more but i haven't tried yet. Tried to send money but the process was just too long-winded.
