Everything works fine until I tap "Review Accounts" after making a transfer. Once I tap on it, the "Retrieving Accounts" message pops up, the loading wheel spins and the main account page never loads. In order for me to see the page, I have to close the app completely and then sign back in. This happens quite often. I'm not sure if this is due to the latest version but this needs to be fixed.
Often times it will take a photo of the front of the check & then go right back to sign in. At times I try 20 times before it actually works. When it does work for check deposits it's a miracle!!! Transfer from one account to another is very simple. Once again I tried using this app & had to go through the steps about 10 times before it actually worked! It takes me almost 1/2 an hour to get to Zeal Credit Union, otherwise I'd just drive there. I may switch to Vibe, it's a few blocks away!
Constantly down and not working. Will not let me transfer money between accounts because of some sort of technical issue all the time. Severely inconvenient and annoying.
Great app. Pretty awsome that u can scan a check from your phone to do a deposit. And also from transfering funds from savings to checking or vice versa. And i also like that i can pay my loans that i have specifically for zeal. I think u can also pay other bills in regards to utility and landline phones from the app but don't quote me on that. Great job Zeal keep up the good work. Sure do appreciate all you do for all of us cutomer👍👍👍👍👍
I love this app, easy to move ( transfer) between accounts and a memo section. Very well done.
I love Zeal and this app that makes things easier. And I do not have to go to the credit union constantly.
This app needs improvement. Trying to deposit checks is a huge pain. My bank for school works FAR better. Zeals app will ask you 5 times to look at the picture and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the picture. Very frustrating. Half the time I end up just using my other bank to deposit checks through mobile because it's far less of a hassle.
Used to be a good app. But after the last update you cant use the app. I have tried for weeks now and everytime i click the app to see whats in my account it times out and says zeal credit union has stopped. And this has been going on for weeks i keep sending feed back and nothing ever happens.
I love this app. The only things that I would change are: have the ability to look at the personal memos on past payments. Also, the ability to view payment history of payees.
mobile check deposit does not work. . 1. The LOUD voice about how to do the check deposit cant be turned off, and an obnoxiously loud camera shutter. 2. constantly say the check isnt made out to me when it is. 3. It rejects the back of the check every time. it tells you to write "Zeal Mobile Deposit 2-day hold" on the camera screen. Then when it fails it says to write. "For Zeal Mobile Deposit Only". Which is it!? Update: Fix the mobile check deposit already! Its terrible!
The quick access to my accounts is nice,but what's the point of having a transfer money feature if it doesn't work? It allows me to put in all the account details, but it doesn't register the transfer button.
Not a fan of the latest update. It's too hard to see the days and pending items, they all run together. I need the separation lines with headers.
Have been trying to access my account for over 2 hours. Have never had issues before. Keeps saying application error. I suggest you get this fixed!!! If you are maintenancing the app you shoukd let people know!!!! VERY UNHAPPY

Decent app. Would like to have it support automatic passwords via Google or Samsung
This app is inferior to other apps. No updates in at least 6 months. You can now turn off the card, however it's like you have to go to another app to do so. Too many steps. No other app makes you go through that in order to secure your card. Please update your app once in a while!
I login with the correct username and password only for it to tell me its wrong, then itll send me a temporary password to my phone which ill type in with no errors, wrong, even copy and pasted the code into it just to be sure, still wrong, i am now locked out of my account for simply typing in the code you guys gave me with no mistakes. What a joke.
The app is specific about detail, but worth the time, as it saves trips to the bank, and that saves gas.
App is fine and works as expected. Please add the option to login with face unlock in addition to fingerprints as more Android devices are being released with only facial recognition.
Most days it's great. However, the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to pay my Visa bill on the due date, the system has been down for the entire day, making my payment a day late. Very frustrating!
Would of givan it a 4 star ! I am wandering & thinking that maker is not involved in making it. So it was sent to china to finish it . & They left out the cruscial features.So We can't transfer to or from. transfer / from a checking thats ; My own money from one account to the other. Says do it later ! Why is this happening. Tells me ZEAL stoped you for saftey ! So no abilty with this app. It's A BULL= SHI can"t transfer money then fix this . For star .
The check deposit took approximately 10 tries to get a picture the software would except. I could clear read the front of the check. I didn't change the pucturebut the software finally excepted it.
3 outta 5. Needs improving on the transfer portion via app. wifi or no wifi - 4g or no 4g. It seems to pick and choose when to allow me to transfer my money. Most of the time I have to end up using the site option.
Took some time on my part but I use your app all the time looking forward to learning more thanks again
I love this app. It's easy to use and it's simple to understand.
This app is great. So smooth and easy to use like creamy peanut butter. It even caught when I put a decimal in the wrong place and almost gypped myself $49.50... can't say enough good things about it .. I really feel in control of my finances for the first time ever.
