Earlier I loved the app interface, now even the interface was complicated. I am unable to ogin in the app, then you guys will charge monthly maintenance charges when it's your fault, my application doesn't even open. Totally disappointed. Edit: Cleared cache, app is updated, but ain't working.
Recently started using zebPay after being coinDCX user for long. Pros: 1. Funds transfer process is very fast. Dcx and wazirX are a sore toes here Cons: 1. I can't see my crypto transaction details like rate at which I bought, etc. Sure you can ask for email statement/or go to each cryp for ordrs but that is not as good. DCX wins here 2. UI is bit inferior. DCX lite and pro have much better UI. I've never understood quick buy. If I fill amount the approx quantity should auto fill and vice versa.
Till now, great experience. Only one thing that annoys me, the portfolio page takes a long time to load properly. It usually takes 3-4minutes of browsing the application after which the actual tokens and amounts get updated. Until then, it shows my balance as Rs.1. It would be great if this issue is resolved. Other than this, satisfied with other functionalities.
Haven't been able to log in to the application for ages, first of all it doesn't open, secondly if it opens I cannot log in because the servers are always down. I feel like my investment has gone down some hole and I would never get it back. If ai get an OTP it shows some error occured so technically I can never use the app but it jas got all my money.
Live streaming quotes are not displayed. Need to manually refresh everytime. If there is a price increase of a coin on the main page, then selling price is not updated at par with the increased price . So can't sell at low. Disappointed.
Need much improvement, compared to other apps. Unable to apply indicators, unable to edit your order, you should only cancel the order and then you should reorder with new price, no dark mode available. Much things to do in this.
I sent my bnb to other wallet and their system showing that it reaches other wallet, and after 15 hours it's not reached, when I raise support ticket, they told me that they are not sure when it will reach, you have to wait. Very unreliable app, even they aren't sending my money back to me just their manipulated system showing that your bnb has been sent successfully And my binance wallet still waiting my money. Be aware of this app and their service.

This is a great app. I am a premium user. Very useful scanners and lots of info. However there is still lots of space for improvement. Few recommendations: 1. Live notifications should be there for daily news and feeds. 2. Live option chain needed with better overview. Currently very poor work done. 3. Heat map can be provided to see performace of stocks, sectors etc. 4. App freeze a lot. Smooth UI needed. 5. Recommendations can also be provided for stocks for long term for attracting new users.
They do not have customer support chat or number you can talk to. All the email responses are same that they cannot help with the issue. My payment was successfull from my bank but it did not come to wallet. Instead of resolving it from their end they asked me to raise complain to the payment gateway which zebpay was using.
Hi Team, i like the zebpay app but there is a refresh issue in your app, whenever user open the app it shows incorrect values both in "Exchange","Trade" tabs. It doesn't sync with the actual value. Hope you will fix the bug and release the new version patch.
It's a really worst experience I'm facing after the last update. Why does it goes to the quick trade window when I press back from a coin inside the exchange? Why doesn't it comes to the exchange itself? It's super annoying, to be honest. Hope you would make some changes and I can add the stars from 1. Are you really forcing people to make quick trades? Because that's how I feel it from this right now.
one of the easiest and efficient crypto trading app. it's fast, hassle free. deposit and withdrawal is quick. the customer care support service is also quick and responsive. it's also a very secure app in terms of access.
The app charges too much commission for every transaction.. Sometimes they take away even upto 20-25% of your profit between transactions.. They have buying rates much higher n selling rates much lower than the actual price of a coin.. They sometimes even cut some money from your uninvested balance of zebpay account for no reason whatsoever.. Wouldnot recommend this app to anyone!
Worst, really worst. They are not letting me trade or withdraw my money - requests / tickets raised are not taken care of. Worried about my funds now. How can I speak to anyone there? Have been receiving mails that they are looking into my requests, but no action in more than a week. Poor. My account blocked by the company itself. Requested twice to unblock but no action in 24 hours. They did not even contact me.
Worst app ever.. They say instant deposit but when deposited the money they take 30 to 40 min to reflect in account. And they are running the platform without customer care call center. 0 star for customer service don't use the app.
Doesn't update the portfolio everytime. Also require a better experience of making deposits. UPI doesn't function properly, through atom i couldn't find kotak bank in selection. Over all i feel it could use better integration of payment like razorpay or paytm.
Zebpay is gradually approaching it's competitors. I have experienced instant deposit as well as withdrawal whenever I initiated them. However I feel that improvement is required in display of real time coin prices. And dark mode feature should also be there. And sometimes the app is a bit slow in loading coin prices. Zebpay lend feature is great. You can earn upto 5% annualized return even if you have locked the coin on a trade.

I will strongly recommend don't use this app, if you want to lose your money you can use, i lose my holding twice First time around 13 bat coins i lost I thought it was due to some reasons Second time there are 70 tron and 8000 win and also BTTC coins due to some reasons I didn't open this app for 2 months i just seen today, my portfolio is empty....may this is not secure app to hold cryptos.....
Sometimes the wallet doesn't populate with the equivalent INR amount. Crypto withdrawals get stuck too often, especially at crucial times. The response from the team is very poor.
Worst app..I deposited money 45 days back still not come to my zebpay .. not even withdraw money .. worst app given many complaints to zebpay team .. always same reply we are working .. not solving the issues... Worst app ever had..I deposited 1000 INR 2 months back still not came in my zebpay, after following up with customer support I'm getting only one answer from them we are working on it.its almost 2 months still not resolved my problem . Is this the way of working customer support..
Worlds worst service in cryptocurrency market. I have been asking for refund and they they keep updating we will solve the issue. Payment was dia via upi and it was credited to them and then they message that UPI is not accepted we will refund the payment. When ask regarding time frame. They don't have particular one. I guess I need to delete the application as soon as i received my refund
I love this app. This is a very useful and gives a lot of valuable investment advice, makes investing experience much easier. Just one feedback for the app while trying to invest more in customized smallcases, if there can be an option to invest below the minimum amount (by entering it on our own) that can adjust the stock weights subsequently, that would make it perfect for me. Sometimes, there is just a small amount of capital that I want to invest in a smallcase and investing a wholesome min. amount is not feasible. Kindly look into this feedback.
